The house was cleaned the day before and less than a hr that you contact me my caretaker went to the house and everything was fine, only the refrigerator have some spots that was not clean. Additional I rented the house for 4 guest and was more than 9 people staying there.In our conversation thru text, you was never there, you rent the house for someone else, relate to your work. Thank you Martha

Heaven on earth

House was awesome! Great location, beautiful beach, loved all the Adirondack chairs and outdoor spaces. Kitchen was amazing. Would love to come back and stay on another visit to GHC

Secluded paradise!

We had the most beautiful beach in the world all to ourselves! Our hosts were incredible. Every need was taken care of immediately. The people of the island are second to none. We can’t wait to come back.

Great stay overall

Great property has everything you need right on the beach. Not fancy but very comfortable. There were two (dead) tarantulas when we arrived that was freaky. But overall great property!!

Summer Adventure

Having chosen this house as our residence for the week that we stayed at the Berry Island worked out very well. We found this house to be clean, comfortable, spacious & accessible. The kitchen was very well equipped and the AC units kept us comfortable at all times. The beach in the backyard was spectacular and The out door kitchen made it even better. The owner was very cooperative and gave us guidance before and during our stay. We had an amazing time and my kids (22-23 years old) also loved the place. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

The Home is beautiful and well maintained! The views are unmatched and the water is glass. Would definitely stay again. The Wi-Fi did not work which made a little difficult for communication with others on the island but at the same time it helped you disconnect from the world which is why we were there so all In all 0 cons

Fun in the sun

part had been installed but it failed. There is a 2nd fridge in the 4th bedroom which is actually the laundry room / back door area. The water pressure in the master shower is very very low & I imagine a new shower head would help. We truly enjoyed the house & our stay but felt it was in need of a deep deep clean especially in the kitchen & bathroom. We would not hesitate to stay here again as we LOVED the location. There was a lot of fun, laughter & memories made.

Great location, but needs some maintenance

The Great:Overall the house, the beach is amazing. The house has 3 bedrooms and then a bunk bed in the laundry room. The house is right on the beach, the gazebo right in front of the house overlooks the ocean has plenty of seating, etc. There's a fire pit, a bbq, outdoor shower, hose for rinsing off etc. The beach in December was very quiet, we barely saw any people on the beach. There was probably a recent storm and lots of seaweed and unfortunately trash on the beach but certainly not a reflection of the overall property. The Bad:On the negative side, the house is neglected. The refrigerator in the kitchen and microwave are broken, the electric stove has a broken part to its glass, which makes cleaning not work well, some outlets around the house do not work, some are missing covers which poses a safety challenge for very small children, the deck had nails popping up all over. We stepped on them a couple of times, which hurt and eventually found a hammer and nailed them back down. For the most part, there are adequate dishes, but the pots and pans are a little bit lacking, but we made due. Having to use the refrigerator in the laundry room was inconvenient but worked out.Overall, the house just needs some help. If someone stayed there for a month or two and fixed it up properly it would be worth the nightly price easily, but in the condition that it's in, it's overpriced.The owner was very responsive and easy to work with as was the lady on the island who helps out.

I am very sorry, thank you for letting me know a few things that I will take care as soon as possible. But the Microwave was not broken it was just locked and My caretaker said you never mention to her, she will had help at that moment if you had told her. The big refrigerator in the Kitchen was not cooling well and as soon as we find out we order the parts to fix it. The parts take time to get to this Island. This is a place where you need to order everything to be able to fix since there are not stores here. We have another refrigerator in the other room. My caretaker told me when you arrived she told you about this issue. I am happy over all you like the house and have a great time. We will fix others details that we were not aware of, thanks again Martha

Great house

Happy Sunrise was a great rental on GHC. Our crew of 7 was very comfortable and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Wonderful stay!

We just returned from an amazing stay at Happy Sunrise. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The beach is gorgeous, and the view from the house, as well as many outdoor seating areas, is spectacular. The caretaker Martanise is friendly and very responsive to any need or question. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Great Harbour.

Great Harbour Cay is Heaven!

Great home on an Awesome Beach

House was wonderful, slept 7 comfortably, large dining table, everything you needed in the kitchen, great porch, barbecue area and gazebo all right on the beach , would definitely stay here again.

Amazing sunrise !

Everything was perfect! Our group was five adult fishermen and we stayed for seven days . We brought coolers with meats and produce and did a lot of our own cooking. The large refrigerator and large freezer was a welcome sight. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need. The house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. We had no need to call the caretaker Martenise but she stop by to check on us and was very helpful and the nicest person. The sunrises are amazing but even more amazing is that we had a beautiful white sand beach all to ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Cute House on Sugar Beach

We enjoyed staying here for the holidays. It’s a cute property located on sugar beach with 3 Bedrooms and a bunk bed located in the laundry room for extra guests. The place was clean when we arrived and had good amenities. The kitchen utensils / cooking ware could be updated a bit to make cooking easier (smaller lunch plates, cutting boards, etc.) and the WiFi included in our stay didn’t work so we ended up using a WiFi box for the entirety of our stay. The outdoor barbecue/stove area was great for entertaining and cooking quick meals on the grill. Overall we had a great experience and we were happy with our stay!
