Nice spot in great harbour. Perfect for three four days of fishing out of location. Everything was clean and good.

Beautiful townhouse. Very clean. Has everything you need for a trip and beautiful location. The host was awesome on answering any questions.

Very nice unit and well equipped

The host was very responsive and our on-site contact, Lamont, was very responsive and helpful. The unit is very nice and well equipped. Be sure to request the gas grill and portable AC unit for the downstairs bedroom. For a special treat have Lamont contact

CHOOSE ANOTHER PROPERTY as this host is unreasonable. We tried to cancel and see what our options were due to inclement weather that would not allow us to safely travel there by boat. He was nonresponsive after being very responsive prior to that. We had friends already there and offered them our rental as we were unable to use and had tried unsuccessfully to cancel. He had the audacity to demand they pay a cleaning fee on the spot even though we had already paid one! He was unresponsive with my numerous attempts to reconcile being charged twice for this. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel this behavior is unethical and I would like to prevent anyone else having to deal with his lack of a moral compass.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. Your last-minute cancellation occurred after the reservation became nonrefundable under the agreed policy. Although you could not travel, I allowed your friends to use the townhouse. The property had already been prepared, and the cleaning charge covered the additional cleaning required afterward. Given Great Harbour Cay's remote location and the advance planning required for services, I made every effort to accommodate the change while honoring the reservation terms.
