The main level is a spacious open floor plan with updated kitchen and half bath . Downstairs is its own mini apartment with two entrances , laundry , sink , bar , mini fridge and Tv.

The garage and slip are not for guest use. We have active cameras on all exterior access points .The home does not allow pets however the owners labs do visit numerous times throughout the year in case of pet allergies .This is NOT a party house - please read all rules before booking .

ABSOLUTELY no events\ parties ( Bach / ette included ) . No smoking. 10 max people at any given time in the property . Only two cars are allowed in driveway - the rest can do street parking ( guests do not have garage access) .Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time after 9pm. Any violation will result in additional fees and instant termination of rental contract . Property has active cameras on front and back exterior .
