Welcome to our newest listing in listing in the Maritime section of Annapolis . This upscale , fully renovated waterfront property is truly one of a kind and completely set up and ready to host your family . Please note we do not allow any kind of Bach / bachelorette gatherings . We have plenty of free unpermitted parking and are a short walk or water taxi ride to downtown , The United States Naval Academy, St Marys Church and Annapolis Yacht Club . Eastport is the home of Annapolis maritime culture and host numerous five star restaurants and the Annapolis Maritime Museum.
If you are looking for an ideal spot for a larger FAMILY group we have you covered . Please not this is not a house to host a party etc- We have very strict noise policies and are very neighbor friendly .
With over 4500 sq ft of living space on three floors there is enough room for everyone to be comfortable during their stay . Your more than welcome to bring your kayaks as we have our own floating dock out back . Slip is Not for guest use to bring their boats .

While this property is not pet friendly please note the owners labs come visit numerous times throughout the year .

Perfect Visit

This house was perfect- location and layout were convenient, home was well maintained and had all needed amenities and little extras to make our stay easy. The property and view were very pretty and we enjoyed sitting on the patios/balconies overlooking the channel. The family wants to plan our trip back already.

Great weekend getaway

My friends and I were so impressed with this rental property. The main floor was open and great for chatting while cooking dinner/breakfast and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The check in and out process was so easy it almost felt wrong! I would recommend this property to everyone, but I think families specifically would love this

Perfect!

We were hosting an out-of-town speaker and his traveling companions, and the home was just what we needed! The sleeping arrangements were fine and the views amazing, but our favorite part was the ability to gather all of us (10 total) in the living room for some great conversation. We hope to be able to host the same speaker here again next year!
