Had a golf trip with 8 people. Place had plenty of places to sleep and was close to things to do in and around Annapolis.

This attractive home in a quiet residential area is a great place for family and reunion gatherings. The house is spacious and well appointed, very amply stocked with all things needed to make one feel at home. Large rooms and backyard porches, decks and outdoor spaces provide very comfortable and amenable places to congregate.The house is exactly as represented, and the hosts, Jean and Joe, were most gracious and helpful. Our group would definitely consider this home again on a future visit.

Jean and Joe were easy to deal with. They accommodated a couple of special requests most graciously. The house was perfect for our group of nine friends--enough bedrooms and bathrooms to take care of couples and singles for a class reunion at the Naval Academy. Lots of gathering space, two washers and dryers, a well appointed kitchen. We couldn't have asked for more.

A lovely place to reconnect with loved ones in a peaceful setting. Multiple areas for either whole group or smaller group visiting. Lots of places to see nearby.

Enjoyed our family vacation

We stayed at the property for two days and really enjoyed all the facilities.It’s very close to the state park access to beach and other activities.The owners made the check-in and checkout process very convenient and we thank them

The host was very responsive, and the house was spotless. The kitchen is well equipped, with basic spices, etc. and tons of pots, pans and utensils. The beds are all comfy and there was plenty of room for 13 adults and 2 babies to spread out. It was very hot and muggy during our stay, but the AC didn't fail to keep us cool. The location is very convenient-stores very close by, as is Sandy Point State Park and a few fishing spots. We'd definitely stay again if we can organize another family trip. :-)

We absolutely loved our stay at Jeans! We were celebrating my sisters’ bachelorette and we fit 14 people comfortably. There were plenty of space for us all to spend time together. We especially loved the huge, cozy couch in the living room and the screened-in porch. Jean was very responsive and provided every detail beforehand. The house was spotless and well stocked. I also loved the walking path through the woods connecting to the backyard! Highly recommend.

Family vacay

Our children and granddaughters spent a wonderful time at this lovely home. It was clean, extremely comfortable and the billiard game room was a big hit with our family! It was truly a wonderful home as well as a perfect location for activities, restaurants and shopping. Thank you to our very responsive hosts!

Commissioning Week 2025

We stayed here for our son’s Commissioning Week from the Naval Academy. It is a great home that accommodated our large group. Plenty of space, well supplied with essentials. Also good space for the group to eat and gather. Just 15 mins from USNA.

Patti Family Annual Cousins Christmas Weekend

The property was very nice. It felt so homey. Clean and nicely appointed, even decorated for Christmas! In 2 short days ther was so much laughter and memories made! We would definitely recommend this home for a family stay!and memories made!

The house was great for our large extended family. The basement room was perfect for the children. The upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. There was a very peaceful on closed porch. The living area had a huge sofa for everyone to relax. The hosts were very responsive.

Wonderful Christmas

Family from 6 states gathered for Christmas at Jean and Joe's, and it could not have been better. We enjoyed staying in, walking and visiting Annapolis and Baltimore. The house was great for games, big meals, sleeping in, staying up late and just relaxing. Thanks, Jean and Joe!

Family Memories

The house was perfect for our family; we had room to spread out. It was well-maintained with all the amenities advertised. Our hosts were responsive to our texts. Even though the weather did not cooperate (rainy and chilly), it was great fireplace weather! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Annapolis stay, and we recommend this house to all.

Perfect for travel lacrosse families

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (4 families) and there was ample room to spread out. We really enjoyed the screened porch and appreciated the fact that it is so convenient and you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, ABC store and Rita’s. Very convenient to Kent Island fields and South River high school fields. We also visited Sandy Point State park and the boys enjoyed a float in the bay. Very easy to communicate with owners.

Awesome house!

We were in Annapolis for a wedding and we had 14 members of our family coming from all over. The house was perfect and the host could not have been more accommodating It was a quick 14 minutes to downtown Annapolis and there were a number of small stores 1/2 mile from the house. My only regret was that we did not book an extra day to just enjoy the house and the area. .

Navy game

Enough beds for 11 guys to sleep separately and comfortably in the house. Some convenient stores nearby to pick up coffee, sandwiches, and adult beverages nearby for a tailgate at USNA. Only issue we had was getting easy access to TV stations to watch MLB playoff on Friday night. Neighbors were friendly. Let us park our fifth car on the street next to their house on Saturday. Nice house, great stay. very clean.
