Beware: do not stay at Casa Blanca

My family and I stayed at Casa Blanca for the 2nd time in August 2024. Marie had already offered me a 10% discount because I was a return customer, but advised that it would be given after our stay. The A/C upstairs was out when we arrived. Marie and I settled on an amount for reimbursement because of the inconvenience and part of my family having to stay somewhere else. Upon returning home, she will not answer my call or text. I would NOT recommend staying at this house. Dryer was also broke.

Seaside House

Overall, the stay was ok. There was zero wifi or tv connection the entire stay (two of us were working part-time during this trip) and little was done to rectify the situation. It took the property manager many hours to respond to emails and texts if they even responded at all. It's too bad, because this house and location were very nice. Would not stay at this property again for this reason.

Our family raging 10 months to 60+ had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca. The house was a couple blocks from beach. Lots of room in the house with no problems. A great time to relax and enjoy family time.

Casa blanca is a slice of Heaven!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marie’s place. She was so accommodating and responsive to our specific needs. We had more than enough towels for a girls trip and the house was beautiful and clean. Location could not be more perfect. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Absolutely Amazing!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Blanca for Spring Break 23. Marie was incredibly kind and communicative. The house was extremely clean and looked like the pictures. The location was perfect. We were a short walk to the beach. So close we could come back to the house for lunch. We were within walking distance to Seaside as well. We didn’t have a golf cart and it was not missed due to the close proximity. The pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids. There was ample seating in the house and a plethora of TV’s. This is a property was simply amazing and I would book it again.

June stay

The location of this property is great. When we arrived the pool was a little green but Monday someone came to clean it. The amount of space and rooms is awesome. The floors in the kitchen were coming up a little and it hurt to walk barefoot on. Other than this the property was very nice and enjoyable.

Easter visit

Perfect location. Walkable to Seaside and beach. Bikes were fun and most of them worked. Outside porch and pool were perfect for small children. We wish there had been tv instructions, but we don’t watch much tv. We had a fun fire to roast marshmallows . It was a log of fun!

Awesome location!

We had a great time! The house is located just blocks from the beach! The only issue we had was that the dipping pool was really dirty but they had recently had a storm and Marie ended up getting a pool guy out to clean it! We would definitely go back and Marie was great!

We stayed here for one night before we moved to the other house. If we didn’t have as many people we would of stayed there. It’s a great location!! The house itself is adorable. Highly recommend!!

Great trip to Seagrove!

The home was decorated very nicely, was perfectly clean and had a well thought out design with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a great neighborhood and a very short walk to the public beach access. Definitely would recommend it.

Great House and Loacation

Had a wonderful time, house was very nice and well cared for. The immediate outside surrounding area is prone to a lot of dust due to the unpaved roads so expect it. The location proximity to the beach is great even with a 3 and 5 year old. Seaside center is an easy stroll by foot. The house was well equipped with beach chairs and toys for the kids, no need to bring them with you. Enjoyed riding the bikes that came with the property every morning. Enjoyed our stay, family of 8 adults and two young ones was very comfortable in this house, great family vacation home with lots of room. Will most likely return in the future.

Amazing property, awesome location

Spent 5 days with five childhood friends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Everything was perfection. Maria is incredibly accessible and attentive. The property is beautiful, full of attention to details. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, all the extra special touches of home. The outdoor space was wonderful for gathering as well as the living room. The bikes and beach chairs were an appreciated extra. Walking to Seaside and the beach are effortless. I have stayed at many properties in this area and this is a fan favorite for sure.

Recent Stay

The property was great for our crew. Great Location with easy, close access to a beach that was not too crowded, and a few blocks from the Market St Cafe which was perfect for easy, delicious food. Marie was extremely helpful in answering back any questions and concerns with expediency.

The house in Seagrove was great for us and our teenagers. Very close walk to the beach and to Seaside. Nice pool area at the house and plenty of space. Kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house and walking/biking distance to shopping and food on 30A!

The house was perfect! A TV in every room, high quality appliances, comfy furniture for a large group, and the house is in an awesome wooded area with tons of trees and foliage - 8 min walk to food and shopping on 30A. It also had a wonderful patio area with a small heated pool, fire pit, and grill! The property owners were very attentive and we will definitely stay there again, and soon!

Seagrove success!

We recently stayed at Casa Blanca in Seagrove during my kids’ fall break and really can’t say enough good things about it. Maria, the owner, began communicating with me a week prior to help coordinate/confirm check-in time, beach chair bookings, etc. She continued to be super responsive throughout the stay. The house is in a location we loved - it’s a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Seaside, Yet feels just removed enough from the hustle and bustle. The accommodations were great for two families of five - plenty of space and a nice big back patio where we could hang out and the kids could swim. The pool is quite small, and that is probably the only negative thing I can say about the experience. It was still better than not having a pool, and the kids had fun nonetheless. Maria had a beautiful charcuterie basket waiting for us upon arrival and helped us quickly swap out a TV that stopped working in the main living room during our stay. The house decor is comfy and classic “Seaside” in style - pictures are very representative. All in all, a definite gem that we will be likely to return to in the future!
