Host communicated well and had someone out following day to fix an issue. House was in great location and between multiple amazing areas on 30a. Easy walk right down to beach. Would stay again.

The house was clean with lots of room for our family of 10. Lots of sleeping room in the 4 roomy bedrooms, all with king beds and the bunk beds in the upstairs hallway. The grandkids loved the pool which came in handy as we were there when tropical storm Bertha went through and we were not able to swim at the beach. The walk to the beach wasn't bad. The host responded very quickly to any questions that we had. Check in and out was very easy.

Amazing Location

Beautiful, spacious home in the best location! Loved out stay, the walk to the beach, golf cart and how spacious and well decorated and stocked the home was. Great amenities and fabulous communication with the owner. Will absolutely stay again!

Seagrove Vacay

We loved this house in Seagrove! We usually go for a long weekend in May, and this house was perfect! It was nice, close to everything, and clean! We enjoyed the private pool, and the beds were comfy!

Wonderful house. Tucked away quiet. Close to everything. Easy to bike to and from. The only issue we had was one of the bikes that came with the house, the chain had an issue. And within an hour they had someone come by and fix it. Incredible hosts. Would stay again in heartbeat.

Relaxing!

This is a great house! Tons of beds and space for everyone to spread out. It’s decorated beautifully and didn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend!

Our hosts were awesome! They responded quickly to questions and addressing any hiccups. House was perfect for our family vacation and very clean. Plenty of paper supplies and towels which is not always the case. Nugget ice machine is extra bonus!We would definitely book this house again with no hesitation.

Amazing vacation house

We stayed here for spring break with our teenagers and their friends, and of course our dog. The house was lovely, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was an added bonus. Close to beach and restaurants. We loved having the bikes. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and centrally located with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Eileen, our host, was very easy to communicate. She contacted us several times to make sure we had everything we need ed. On our second night we noticed the main TV was acting up and showing double images. She told us not to worry. She bought a new TV and installed it the next day. What service! You cannot go wrong with the house or the host.

Perfect place for our girls trip!

The house was perfect for our group of 5 gals. We found the house spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for talking in the living room or eating meals by the pool. The only caveat is that the pool looked a bit bigger in photos :) Wasn’t a problem for us, because we just went to the beach every day anyways (just a short walk or drive away!) We loved our stay and would stay here again

So clean and cute!

We had a great time, the house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more, the high chair and pack and plays helped a lot. Pool was great too! If I was the host I would have mentioned the nugget ice maker as an amenity for sure 😊 We LOVED that!!

What a comfortable home! Everything from the cozy linens to the best ice maker on earth! Convenient outdoor shower to wash off the sand from feet and full body that had enough hot water for all! The location was perfect wiith walking distance to shops, restaurants and trailhead to forest! . We appreciated the extras like the bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas. Plus amazing hosts that went the extra mile! Thanks!!!

Great family trip and stay

We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities that came with this house! We had 5 adults and 2 small children and it was a great size. We loved the pool, the space, the quiet street and especially the ice maker. We ended up renting a golf cart which was essential especially for beach access and the amount of things we needed to bring. One thing is that the beach access closest to the house has a small lake you have to wade through to get to the beach but once you’re through it’s a great beach. We appreciated the extra beach chairs, bikes, ice machine, extra towels and the black makeup towels in each bathroom. Also a very attentive host who FaceTimed me at 9pm to assist me with the door locks and the air condition. Thank you again!

Just an FYI for your next visit, there is another beach access about 500 feet from the lake that's very easy and requires no wading :)

Great communication with host, plenty of space for all 8 adults and 2 little ones. Parking can get tricky with 3 large vehicles and a golf cart. 30A is a crowded area. Bring your patience. Enjoyed the bikes!
