Enjoy this large and comfortable apartment located in a private home in historic downtown Crested Butte, CO. It has a private entrance with off street parking and is only 1/2 block to the free shuttle, Camp 4 Coffee, and downtown dining. Walk to the nightlife and shopping and ride the short shuttle for slopeside like convenience to the ski area. The best of both worlds.

The apartment is spacious with ample storage for your skis, snowboards, kayaks, canoes, toys and mountain bikes in a huge private mud room. After a long day of play relax with a soak in your private outdoor hot tub or enjoy a game of pool or a movie. In the living room there is a 40 inch Sony HDTV with 40 channel Dish Satellite service with high definition. Another TV in a bedroom. Both have HDMI cables for your devices

Your dog will be welcome and enjoy his/her stay with pet bowls. This is a perfect base for your Crested Butte vacation.

Great stay! Rob was an incredibly kind and considerate host. Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location with quick walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee. House was very well-equipped, and we loved the hot tub. Thanks for a pleasant and relaxing stay. 5 stars all around!

Great house for us

I booked two weeks for my children and me. What a great location. The hot tub was a real plus, as was the pool table. Being able to walk everywhere in town was very good also. THANKS! MB

SO close to Elk avenue and camp 4 coffee! We enjoyed the pool table, the campfire pit and the pool table. The dogs enjoyed the yard too!

Perfect location

Cute little dog-friendly house, location was perfect- everything in town was walkable- never drive our car once we arrived. The bus to the mountain was less than a block away. Rob was very attentive and accommodating.

Super comfortable and great location

We met Rob when we checked in. Good guy who got us settled in. Everything was what we were hoping for and our Golden Retriever really liked the place too.

Excellent location

The location is perfect for a Crested Butte adventure. We skied CB every day. The free mtn shuttle is 1/2 block walk. Elk Ave is a block away. Doesn't get any better. Rob was a great host, easy check in, great communication. The basement apartment fit our family and friends very well for the week. It is a very informal, fun place with the Mexico theme kitchen and pool table/ game room. The Kitchen has most of the basics you need for preparing meals.

Great spot close to town

You can’t get much closer to town than this place. Rob was very responsive and even helped us dig our cars out of 3 feet of snow! Don’t pass on this place

Perfect Home Base for Crested Butte Adventures

Super fun interior with a pool table in the living room, hot tub and fire pit outside, mud room for activities (skis, muddy boots etc). Walking distance to everything in town. Rob was a super helpful host and we’ll definitely be back.

we couldn't have had a better location! 1 block from Elk Ave, full of shops and restaurants. Starting line for the race was mere blocks from this property. Just a lovely weekend to participate in a fundraiser for Living Journeys and enjoy golden aspen.

Perfect location

We came up for a few days for a wedding and absolutely loved this location! It’s a block from Elk (Main Street) and had a perfect backyard for us to hang out with our pup, read in the sun, hot tub, etc. Rob was very friendly and prompt in responding and helped make our stay great. This was our first time staying in the town of Crested Butte (vs. Mount Crested Butte), and it was well worth it!

Weekend Getaway

Great location and appreciate Rob allowing us to bring our pack of dogs! The place could use a little TLC and thorough cleaning, but comfortable and quiet. Note, It’s a basement with Rob living above so you don’t have the place to yourself.

Can't beat the location and for us the hot tub and having the dogs was important. Decor is kitsch. Beds were comfortable. Friendly host.

Great Location

It was a great location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The yard was small and was not fenced so if you have a dog that may be a problem and no light in the back so dark at night. We felt the rental could have been cleaner, but had everything we needed the host Rob was very nice and was available if we did need anything or had questions.

Great Location

Perfect location if you want to walk to everything in town. Parking in Crested Butte is limited so walking to restaurants, etc. is really important. The snow this winter is crazy! Over 300" with some homes completely buried! The apartment is fun. Bright colors. It has everything you need. Yes, it is a little dark, especially when the windows are blocked by snow, but it is comfortable. We didn't get to experience the outdoor sitting area because there was 10 feet of snow there, but I am sure it is nice in the summer.

Fun place to stay in a GREAT location!

Let me start by saying Rob was a fantastic host! Very communicative regarding the check-in process and quick to answer any questions I had about the property. Rob's place had mountain town charm with the added benefits of a pool table, hot tub, and a quirky Mexico themed kitchen! If you are looking for a space that is not just your average rental, you have found it here! Not to mention, it's always a plus when we can bring our dogs along for the adventure! And I save the best for last -- location, location, location! You couldn't ask for a better spot in arguably the last (and best) true mountain town post-big corp takeover. Rob's place is just up the street from a great coffee shop perfect to fuel up at before walking half a block to the mountain express bus stop. And when you are ready to hit the town, it's one block to all the best après ski hang out spots. If it isn't obvious, I highly recommend!

I'm a Townie! Walk or ride my bike everywhere. It's much better to ride the free shuttle 8 minutes to slope side in the morning than deal with it to the bars and restaurants from the mountain at night. Or a taxi/uber $$ if it gets late. You don't need a car.
