Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify for future guests that the elevator, pool area features, and game/play room are all building amenities managed by the HOA and are outside of our direct control. These issues were communicated during your stay as updates became available to us, and we understand the frustration when shared amenities are temporarily unavailable. We’re happy to report that these items have since been addressed, and the building elevators are currently undergoing a major modernization project intended to help prevent similar issues moving forward. While we manage the condo itself, operation and maintenance of the shared building facilities are handled separately by the HOA. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still enjoyed your time in the area.

Great condo!

Great condo if you are traveling with kids. Beds are all comfy and second bedroom can sleep 4 each with their own twin bed. Once the construction is finished for the new condos, the walk to the gondola will be shorter making it even better. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent choice for our family ski trip

The Springs was an excellent location for our family. Well maintained and a couple hundred yards from the gondola, easy enough to walk with my two 8 year olds. Easy check in, heated parking and convenient ski lockers. We really enjoyed the kids play room for my 4 & 1 year olds. Super close to town, too; also an easy walk with the young kids. Will stay again!

Mother

The stay was okay, I loved the size of the unit but one bedroom was too tight. Too many beds. It was dark inside, lighter paint colors or better lighting would brighten up the rooms.

Thank you for review! We are glad that you enjoyed the fireplace, however we do not manage the amenities at this complex, only the specific unit. Had you notified us about the pool and hot tub, we could have reached out to the HOA of the building to see if they could assist you on this matter. Thank you for staying with Summit County Mountain Retreats! We appreciate our guests and recognize there are many options in the marketplace.

Great stay, close to the lifts!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable. Stayed with family skiing for a week over Thanksgiving. Condo was in excellent condition and very clean. Only down side: some parents allowed children to run in the halls in the evening and allowed them to play in the common areas unsupervised.
