This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with high-end fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Remodeling was completed in fall, 2020. Enjoy the beautiful slope views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the main living area and offers beautiful slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The updated guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination with tile surround. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The updated en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk and a mounted flat screen TV.

Great location and views

Overall we had a wonderful experience, it was clean and had underground parking garage. The pool is heated. Only feedback would be the mattresses need to be replaced.

Great location

A great property for my family of 5. 2 teens and one 11 year old. Thankful for the twin over queen bunk room. My middle child slept comfortably on the pull out in the living room. Great location to shops and lifts. We would definitely book again. I agree with other reviews the master mattress could use a replacement. Otherwise …very nice accommodations.

Great spot

It’s hard to give a positive review because the first day we discovered that the shower, the second shower, not the master shower, was not draining and I contacted the management people every day twice and they never got it fixed. Otherwise, the location and the size of the condo was excellent and it was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. If I were to be picky, I would say a new master bedroom mattress would be great… Andrew

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sheets on the beds were not made up and very wrinkled. Looked really bad. The bunk bed sheet had a black hair and 2 small black bugs. They slept on top of the blanket. Door to bunk bed room was broken and off the hinges. The remodel was nice but could definitely use new mattress

Close to Gondola

Very comfortable condo nicely furnished and decorated. So convenient to be close to slopes, stores and restaurants. Balcony with sun and beautiful view on the mountain. Great communication with agency.

Spring Break

Check in was super easy and having ski lockers on the first floor was great. The newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Unfortunately, we found the beds super uncomfortable both in the master and 2nd bedroom. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for 3 of us.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for the 4 of us. We didn’t cook but kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items if we wanted to cook. The balcony could use some cleaning, there was a grill that would have been nice to use but it was very dirty. Thanks for sharing this property.

Family ski trip

We enjoyed our stay here as a short family vacation. All was comfortable, but I would love to see the fitness center open before 8am And for there to be a drinking fountain in the lobby.

Great location, clean, as described.

Fantastic location just a 7 minute walk to Gondola. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms/kitchen. We had a party of 5 in the home and it worked out well for us.

Great getaway!

Great location for in and out skiing!

The condo has minor issue that was fix during our stay. I recommend make sure before renting it out to other people everything if working other than that is a great spot for ski in and out.

Great condo!

This condo was great! Had updated and modern furnishings. Everything we needed and more to stay comfortable and make our downtime at the condo a wonderful experience. I would seek out this property in a heartbeat whenever I return to Keystone. Summit County Retreats was also very responsive when we realized the dishwasher wasn’t working because of a part on order. Their handyman came by and then tracked down the part before returning later in the day to repair it. After chatting with him, he gave us a suggestion on a great place to eat and things to do around Leadville. We took his advice and it made the last day of our trip even better.

Quiet mountain retreat

The stay was perfect. Immaculate, had everything we needed in the condo. View from the balcony was perfect. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Absolutely no complaints. Very affordable.
