As for the fitness center, when the VRBO ad was created, the amenity selection included yoga mats and yoga blocks, which we do provide. Unfortunately, that appears to have been connected in a way that suggested there was also an indoor gym. When I checked the property two weeks earlier, those items were in working order. Had I known during your stay, I would have arranged to address them right away. The same is true for the ants and the garbage. I was not aware of the ant issue, and I would have taken immediate steps to resolve it. The garbage was likely related to debris blowing from a nearby construction dumpster at my neighbor’s property, but if I had been notified, I would have had it cleaned up promptly.
