Amazing property

I absolutely loved this property!! Steven is extremely friendly, accommodating, and fast to respond. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are spacious and amazing views. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Great place to vacation

We really loved our stay here. Even though there was no stove the room had a rice cooker and an electric skillet so we were able to cook. Our favorite part was the huge hot tub. Checking in could have been smoother. Trenovation was not under our name so

Great Place To Stay

We had an amazing time! This unit was perfect with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pool with the wrap around balcony. The unit was clean and spacious. The resort also had activities that you’re able to do, like mini golf, ping pong, lei making and other things on different days. Some activities have a small fee. The pool also has a small water slide that my kids loved. The unit has a refrigerator and microwave which came in handy and free use of washing machines and dryers. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we’ll be back again. Thank you!

An absolutely lovely getaway

This property exceeded all my expectations. The host and property staff were both friendly, available, welcoming, and helpful. The property offered far more amenities than a much more expensive alternative resort on Maui which we also experienced during our stay. A spacious room with a gorgeous view, free laundry facilities, several daily activities at no or low cost, a very reasonably priced onsite cafe/restaurant, nearby food trucks, a quiet beach (even during Spring Break - with good snorkeling just steps from the property), a great pool with lots of lounge chairs that was never crowded…everything was just wonderful. The property is very clean and exceptionally well maintained. A clear winner - we would love to return.

Lovely unit with beautiful ocean view

We loved our stay and this 5th floor unit had a small balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The checkin process was not smooth. The reservation was in the owners name, not ours! The front desk had to call the owner to get an OK. Luckily he answered and it worked out. The front desk made us feel quite uncomfortable at first.

Enjoyable location with lots to do.

We enjoyed the location because there were many places close by to eat. We did lots of sight seeing in the area and saw whales from the balcony, it was pretty cool.

Fantastic resort!

We loved this property. All of the rooms have been updated and we got a huge ocean view on the north side of floor five. The condo was very spacious with a king bed and a queen sized pull out couch for our daughter. The pool and ocean were amazing, even the food at the restaurant was decent. We will definitely be back!

Ka’anapali Beach Club

Beautiful property with excellent location and great amenities. Had a few technical issues with check-in, but the resort management responded promptly and even gave us a few “mahalo bucks” to spend at local restaurants. Our host Steven was outstanding - responded promptly to questions and provided plenty of information. A wonderful stay on Maui all around!

Great property, excellent view, room is ok

The view is excellent. Not a wrap around balcony like I envisioned, but a corner room, so lots of peace and quiet as long as you don't mind staring at your neighbors who are on their balconies as well...no privacy here, but we didn't mind. Although the property claims to be sanitized, there were hairs on the bathroom celing(?!) that were there at check in, and dirt and food in the pullout couch. Additionally, the shower did not drain. All issues were corrected by housekeeping or maintenance upon request-very responsive. The only other issue we had was people reserving chairs at the pool. There are rules that there are time limits, but there is no enforcement...making it difficult to lounge if you follow the rules. Little frustrations but overall a great stay at our fave location.

A-MAZING!!! Don’t sleep on this room!

This room was phenomenal!! It was a corner room. Extremely spacious! It had two sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower. The views from the room were amazing! 3 balcony doors. Nothing but ocean off of the living room and one side of the bedroom. I can not wait to visit again! The host was communicative. Overall great experience!

i felt unsafe walking from room to elevator with the open atrium... we liked the size of the rooms and refrigerator etc... bbq great... pool service would have been a plus...

Beautiful suite, view, beach and resort!

I was extremely impressed by all of the amenities this resort provided. We really felt like it was our own home. We cooked every day and had everything we needed at our finger tips. Fantastic and very responsive staff. From valet to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and over exceeded our expectations in many ways. I highly recommend working with Steven, he was wonderful throughout the entire process. If you’re even thinking of going to Maui, look no more, this is the best resort on the island. There are many beach parks close by, Lahaina is a quick drive and Costco is 2 minutes from the airport. Not feeling like going to Costco, no worries, there’s a market across from the resort and even a great selection in the gift shop to prepare your own favorite meal. The locals are friendly and you must visit Kimo’s and Grindz 808 for local fare. Bring a reusable cup because the resort provides water for drinking by the pool all day. We will definitely be back and Steven is who I’ll call first.

25th Anniversary vacation/celebration

The Kaanapali Beach Club more than exceeded our expectations. We went there on our 25th anniversary with our two kids, son aged 19 and daughter age 21. We were able to check in early. The front door staff and front desk staff were awesome. We got to our room and it was on the second floor near the elevator, which was great. We opened the door and couldn't believe how beautiful the room and view was! The bed was a king and the kitchen had a big refrigerator. There was a small table to eat at as well. The bathroom was huge and beautiful! That was a bonus. We got settled and went to happy hour from 2-5. They had $4 beer and $5 wine for happy hour. Are you kidding me? The wait staff was nice and efficient, if not speedy. They told us that they also had reverse happy hour from 9-10. Sweet! They had a great breakfast walk up on the lower level that had good breakfast bagels for $8. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but it looked great. The location was right smack in the middle of Kaanapali, just minutes from the Whalers Village. There was a grocery store just up the street in a shopping mall that was open 24/7. There were some nice shops. My wife and son bought nice embroidered "Maui" tshirts for $15. There was a shaved ice store and a great breakfast place called "Slappy Cakes". It was 10 minutes from Kapalua golf course and old town Lahaina, where we ate one night (Honu Restaurant). I would stay here again in a heart beat. Great location, room, and amenities. The only negative was the concierge kept calling us to see if we wanted to take the ownership tour (2 hours). I finally told her we were not interested. Other than that, it was fantastic. The owner was awesome about communicating with us and getting back to us in a timely manner.

Great Time!

I was reluctant to go through VRBO, but it was stress free and all was as promised. Steve was great to work with, helped me along the way and answered all questions very quickly. We got a deluxe ocean view room. It was beautiful. Look out the balcony and see water for days, even got a rainbow one morning! The room had a small kitchenette with dining room and living room, large bedroom and huge bathroom with tub and shower. Room was in great condition, everything was very nice and clean. The pool was nice, plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The beach area is small, but we walked all the way down to where the Royal Lahaina resort is (we had to go out of the parking lot and down to the right to do this, but we wanted to check the beach out). The beach is very eroded all the way down, not just at Kaanapali Beach Club and only gets a little better starting at the Royal Lahaina resort. There was still plenty of beach at KBC and we rented a beach cabana for $40 and hung out all day one day. We found staff pleasant and helpful. The pizza restaurant was very good, the other sit down restaurant was just ok. We ate offsite most days. We really loved it here. If we were to stay in Lahaina again, we would definitely return.

Ka'Anapaliu Beach Club in Maui

This has always been where my kids & I stay while vacationing in Maui. The facility is beautiful and has so much to do. I am very sad this year to see the beach that was once in front is no longer there due to erosion....it will soon be rocks once repaired. There is still a smaller section, but not the same. The facility makes up for it with the pleasant staff and accommodations, I'm sure we will be back again next summer.

Great Time

Just returned from our trip to the KBC and had a wonderful time. This was my second time at the KBC and won't be my last. The resort is amazing, has a great pool and amazing staff. Steve was wonderful to work with and made things extremely easy. The room was great! Can't wait to go back!
