Our 2 bedroomed garden flat is a favourite choice for families & business travellers who want to feel at home and relax in our calm surroundings after a busy day in London. A sort after area, St Helen's is a conservation area with Edwardian houses.
The neighbourhood is safe, clean and very friendly with a choice of convenience stores close by.
Nearest underground station is 7 minutes walk away at Latimer Road (Hammersmith & City Line) where you can travel into central London within 15 minutes or to Westfield Shopping Mall within one stop.
Famous Portobello Road Market is a 10 minute walk away (great for antiques, music, assorted food & book lovers), with contemporary boutiques on Westbourne Grove and an abundance of fabulous restaurants on our doorstep.
At the top of Portobello is the cool area of Goldborne Road, which houses a bric-a-brac market on Fridays and Saturdays. It's buzzing with a mixture of nationalities and has a great choice of coffee shops and restaurants.

The flat has 2 standard double beds with crisp bed linen, 1 bathroom with shower and a bath tub. Small, but fully fitted and functioning kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking with use of condiments, tea & coffee supplied. The kitchen table seats 2 on stools and the outside garden table seats 4. The sitting room is at the back of the flat has doors that open onto a private, sunny, south facing decked garden. Great as an additional room for drinks and dinner in the summer months.
You are provided with bed linen and towels.

You will have access to all amenities provided in the flat and fast Wi-Fi access.

This is our home and we ask that you respect it as your own as it will still have some of our personal belongings and kindly keep it clean. My returning clients feedback that they feel at home and relaxed in the calm surroundings and love returning.

Regular check-in time is from 2pm to 6pm.
12am on the check out day, unless otherwise arranged.

Amazing

I rented this property for my grandmother and her friend. They absolutely loved it. It is in a very nice location walking distance from notting hill and a cute bakery around the corner which they loved. The host was absolutely amazing and was by far the best host we’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for them and even helped recommend nice spots around the area to visit. Overall everything was 10/10. I would highly recommend this place to family’s wanting a nice and homey place to stay.

Absolutely charming

Traveling with two teenage girls, this flat was perfect. There was enough room to spread out between the teens and adults but there is a lovely patio area in nice weather. Melissa, the owner, came by and was very sweet. Snitch, the neighbor’s cat, gave the place that extra touch. Only two downsides: the WiFi didn’t always work in the far bedroom so the girls would move to the sitting room. The second is if you have difficulty walking distances, it is a bit of a trek to the nearest tube stop. Not a lot of food options in the immediate area but there are within a mile walk. Very quiet, safe neighborhood and we were comfortable with the girls walking to the Portobello market alone. Overall, we would stay there again without hesitation.

Melissa was a FANTASTIC host, nothing was too much!

The flat was clean and cosy, and the neighbourhood felt very quiet and safe, with very good transport links to the centre of London.

This is a ground floor flat with a private garden that retains many of it's original Edwardian features. We are in Zone 2 of the London underground, easily accessible to central London for Oxford Street & the West End. Our closest tube station is Latimer Rd (Circle or Hammersmith & City lines). The famous bustling Portobello Road Market is at the top of our street. Local shops include a bakery, dry cleaners, florist, grocer, Tesco supermarket, & Post Office. We have a great choice parks on our doorstep. St Marks is the nearest which is perfect for children, with a super waterpark open in the summer months. Holland Park, Hyde Park & Regents Park all a bus or tube ride away.
