Our stay was so great. The owner brought an extra fan which was nice bc the leather was a bit warm. The place is so clean, cozy and has everything you need. The area is so pretty. I just live Notting hill and the restaurants near by were a plus. Also so close to the tube and supermarkets.

I love staying in Notting Hill when I’m in London and to this end the flat was perfect. The only flaw was the WiFi, which didn’t work properly during our four-day stay. The host tried but to no avail!

Ideal location, 3 minutes walk from the Tube station as advertised. Everything we needed for our week in London. Rob was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive. The apartment was clean and comfy and the fans dealt with the heat quite effectively. Would definitely stay again

Flat is in a wonderful location for our three weeks stay. Interesting Kensington neighbourhood of attractive streetscapes and convenient shops. The nearest underground is only a few minutes walk away, and a selection of bus stops is even closer. The flat itself has everything you need, including a small, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Owner Rob is very helpful and even bought us a Moka pot to make espresso coffee which we love! It is situated on a very quiet (for London) road with hardly any traffic at night - just a gentle rumble of trains. The flat was spotlessly clean on arrival. It was handy to have a washing/ drying machine. The clothes don’t come out really dry, but there is a large rack and we found if we directed the fan on it, the clothes dried overnight.We are a couple, but the two rooms and two bathrooms would work well for a family.

An excellent base for exploring London. in an interesting neighborhood. Close to markets, coffee, transit and pubs. The unit was clean, comfortable and included all things necessary for an easy and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again next time in London.

This was our first tube staying at a VRBO and traveling to London. Location is excellent fir getting around town, just a 3 min walk to the Nottinghill Gate (the tube) , plus near a bus stop by the corner, and at least 3-4 grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and a quick 10 min walk to Kensington Park and The Churchill tavern. The flat was very clean, and exactly matched the pictures and description. The noise from the tube and traffic wasn’t too bad and didn’t keep us awake at night. Once ants arrived in the kitchen but were quickly dealt with I’m assuming by house keeping. There were fans provided to keep the room cool, kitchen utensils , shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. This includes the laundry and dishwashing machine. Beds were comfortable, as we are a family of four. One slept in the living room and one on the couch in the bedroom. It’s a beautiful location and a great place to stay, and would stay here again as it met our needs.

We had a great stay here! The flat is in an amazing, central location and made the perfect base for exploring London and taking day trips beyond the city. The neighborhood felt safe, walkable, and had everything we needed close by. The space itself is simple, clean, and exactly as described. It was comfortable and a great value for the area. We’d happily stay here again on a future trip.

Convenient location and facility. Rob was responsive, answered questions, and provided recommendations. It was fine by me (especially when I figured out what it was), but some folks may be sensitive the noise of the tube/underground. I would recommend and stay again.

Amazing stay!

We loved staying at this VRBO. It was a perfect size for four people and a fantastic location for exploring London. I can’t recommend it enough (it also came stocked with Yorkshire tea which was a huge bonus)!
