Stephanie, We are glad you were able to appreciate the great amenities and location that the Breakaway home offers! We have all of our properties sprayed quarterly, and as needed. When a guest reports a bug sighting as you did, we offer to have a pest service come spray to quickly take care of that. This offer was denied by you since persons in your party had allergies. We would have happily had our cleaners come back to properly assess any missed areas of the home as well had we been made aware. We do our best to provide a clean, welcoming home for guests to check into for vacation and are willing to resolve any issues that are not addressed before check-in, in the event this occurs. We are sorry that you did not truly enjoy your stay! We work with our cleaning companies continuously to get it right for all of our guests so we do apologize if that was not the case for you! The good news is that the owners is doing some work to update the property! As soon as we can we will get some new pictures for you to peruse.
