We loved our stay! The unit was very updated and had a beautiful view of the beach. We loved being an end unit so we could quickly get down to the beach. The host has stocked the unit very well. We’d definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as the stay it was great. Few things need fixed for which I made a couple calls and text to person who we were to call with the issues but no response. The hinge on closet in middle bedroom was broken and the top to center piece of couch was broken. Trying to find how to turn ceiling fan on in front bedroom by front door was interesting as control on wall did not work after we had to hunt how to turn fan on which switch was behind headboard on bed. When you flipped switch light and fan came on but no way to turn light off and have fan on so we had to remove light bulbs to have a fan which we had no control over its speed.looks like a bar is missing in the shower and trying to turn shower on and not have tub fill up at Sametime was tuff. Front door hard to open and close it needs adjustment. Floors were sandy there is a Qtip and what looks to be a pillow under bed some of the dishes were in cabinet but dirty. Phone number for office bottom of paperwork did not work so no contact with anyone after we arrived. Also only one elevator worked in all the years we've been coming to this property you always had info about work/elevators etc. Not this year.

Clean and well furnished. Comfortable bed. Secure and ample free parking. Good location with easy access (by car) to restaurants and sightseeing. Nice heated pool, well maintained. Easy walk to beautiful beach, although Beach is limited visible from condo due to natural dunes but you can still see the gorgeous sunrises!. The only reason we did not give five stars is because of the fact that the condo is on the 2nd floor right next to a door that leads outside to the side of the bldg. that door was zip tied open 24/7 with easy access. The bathtub/shower needs to be equipped with a grab bar and non-slip strips for older visitors. We did have a few small issues and Derek was very responsive and helpful. Overall, We enjoyed our week very much.

Fabulous Condo

Ocean was viewable but that about. Place was dusty and many things did not work(ie screen sliders would not move, electric shade in master bedroom was stuck 3/4 of the way down , tub did not drain, broken chair for dining table, absolutely terrible cookware) I could go on and on but could not get out of there fast enough. I would expect some type of refund as place was NOT as described. I have used VRBO in the past. This is the worst experience. Oh did I mention there was roof work going on that was noisy and asphalt was raining down on our balcony.

Wonderful!

The condo was very well appointed, decorated with taste and comfort. The view was beautiful; the walkway over the dunes was easy to traverse. We wished we could stay longer!

Great condo on a beautiful beach.

Great stay at this beautiful condo. Everything is as it looks in the pictures. The only disappointment, there was no grill to use. But that was minor in comparison to the fantastic time we had. Great location, great pool, amazing beach! Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, Great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very close to the beach, restaurants, attractions. Very nice job remodeling. Condo is a little smaller than you expect from the pictures but there's two of us and three teenagers and we were comfortable for a week. It's a senior community so very quiet while we were there. Great if you're not looking for party town. Minor issue with the internet but property manager handled quickly and professionally. Would stay again.

Above expectations!

But our calls were answered immediately and issues resolved. The condo was beautiful- very high end, great views, clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The tennis courts had just been resurfaced. The pool area was nice. The beach was great.FYI... there are no bbqs and bring your own beach towels.We highly recommend this unit.

Horrid experience

Complete disaster, undisclosed construction, filthy conditions, bedding not washed, blood on bed covers, kitchen not clean, all appliances, dishes, pots, pans, glasses, utensils had to be washed, listed amenities completely inaccurate- there were none. Contacted host and VRBO. No resolution and left early. Total loss of money and family time.

Jill, Once again, we apologize for the situation you walked into, which was simply an issue where housekeeping did not arrive to clean the condo prior to your arrival due to a scheduling error. The minor construction you dealt with was due to have been completed weeks before you arrived. In point of fact, after speaking with you, I issued you a refund n 12/27, which basically gave you several free nights stay which you did in fact, take advantage of by not leaving early. I take full responsibility for our housekeeping errors, and for not knowing that the construction had been extended. Please refrain from saying we did not compensate you, which we did and will always d for our guests who have issues that impact their stay.

Could be awesome

We stayed at Anastasia for 5 nights. The property was a great location and we had a wonderful time. There were a lot of issues, but the property manager did offer a credit for our trouble, so I feel that I want to be honest in this review. He also was very attentive, offering to have someone come in during our stay and fix things and get us more towels. We declined, We did not want anything else to interrupt our trip. This is a great property and a great location, it just really needs some TLC. I don’t believe the property manager has even been into the property in quite some to see the issues. We arrived 1 hour early to the off site pick up/check in location. There was no reason to make anyone go to this location, a simple email with check in codes and details would suffice. When we arrived at the condo, we were about 15 minutes early and the maid was still there. We just dropped our luggage and left, to not rush her or be in her way. The following are all the issues that occurred. Master sheets not washed smell and stains. Had to do laundry at 10pm. Guest bathroom -Towel bar broke we fixed Guest bathroom -stool was running when arrival. Constant running throughout stay. Guest bathroom shower does not drain. Towel bar in guest bathroom shower broken. Screen door master bedroom broken. Was allowed 1 towels each and no shower towel or rug. Water under kitchen sink leaks. 2 laundry tabs given and was supposed to start a load of laundry at checkout Not!!

Things were clean in the rooms. Parking is great and the pool is nice. There are huge dunes to walk over to the beach and pulling carts can be difficult. Quite a long walk in deep sand. The recliners are terrible. The blinds don’t open easily. The porch is nice and the chairs on the porch are great. Management was not easy to work with. We made him aware of our concerns/needs and nothing was fixed. At the very least a plumber could have been sent. Toilet in master was a headache! Showers do not drain well and the ice maker didn’t work. The light/fan in front room didn’t work but that room was large and nice.

Convenient beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Anastasia has been our go-to for vacation always in the past and rated each experience a five-star. However, some factors did not make this a five-star stay. First, the entrance to the unit had a safety issue with a large piece of loose tile at the entrance, and also not enough adequate lighting. We wanted to check the type of coffee filters needed before going to the store to pick up a few grocery items. When the filter department was opened, there was a filter in the basket with GREEN coffee grounds and what looked like mildew on the basket. When we got started putting things away, something sticky was on the handles of the fridge and freezer and on the counter tops, and the wall leaving the kitchen looked as though food was prepared and splattered on the wall, which my wife had to clean. The rental information stated no pets allowed. We wear black socks and when they were removed each day, there was dog hair on the bottoms of the socks. If the unit had been cleaned prior to our stay, I don't think it should've been left up to my wife to clean the kitchen and the dog hair would've been vacuumed up. We weren't able to watch anything except YouTube TV. All the other channels had to be set up with online Google accounts. We even tried using my wife's Google account she uses at home and still couldn't get in. This was really aggravating since it rained everyday except one the whole time we were on vacation. I did give the person managing the property a five star due to his being very nice and helpful. We have recommended Anastasia to many of our friends and relatives on the units we have previously stayed. If the concerns noted had been addressed before our arrival, we would be happy to recommend this unit as well. I would give the great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach a definite five star.

The side door exit to the rear beach access sidewalk was very handy. The condo was comfortable with only one major issue: the refrigerator ice maker did not work; it would make a few pieces every now and then so we had to buy bags of ice for our drinks. I texted the owner but did not receive a reply. There were a few small maintenance items that need attention: master BR right side sink drain needs cleaned, it ran very slow; the top outlet in the 2nd King room did not work, I had to unplug the bedside lamp to plug in my phone/watch charger, the sectional couch remote compartment’s screws were all loose, one of the towel rod holders was loose, and the sliding doors vertical blinds need repair or replaced. Overall, our stay was very positive.
