Newly added to our rental program, this home offers comfort, convenience, and stunning breezy views of the St. Augustine ocean from both the upstairs deck and the downstairs patio.

The value for this rental was amazing! The view and beach access was as advertised and made the trip so much easier as we could walk right back to the unit and get anything we forgot to take to the beach! Very friendly folks in this quiet village on the beach, I highly recommend! We had a small dog who also had a great time as the unit was very pet friendly.

Great house! Super close to the beach.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s directly across from the pathway to the beach which was really nice- kids could easily go back and forth. We would definitely stay again!

Location is perfect!

The location of the property could not be better. There's also lots of beach chairs, beach cart, toys, etc. available and that's a great plus!

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect location - best view in Sun Crest Village. Unit is a little outdated and needs some fixing up, but the location and set up with two complete apartments makes the unit worthwhile. Would stay here again.

Excellent beach stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. Shortest walk to the beach access boardwalk! The home was exactly as described and well equipped. We hope to visit again next summer.

Love the view and short walk to beach

Enjoyed the morning on the deck drinking coffee. And very convenient to the beach . Quite neighborhood and walking distance to mini golf. The pool was a plus too! We would stay there again.

Great Place

Great home in a great location. Good views of the beach and close to everything. The place was clean and we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having living areas and kitchens on both floors.

Close to the beach

Within walking distance to the beach. Had everything we needed including chairs to take to the beach. It had 2 floors which each had 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. Seemed like a short drive to anywhere in St. Augustine.

The house was a great experience. Loved the easy process and location. The only negative is that we found 3 pretty good size live roaches and some ants. We used the spray under the sink. Other than that, it was awesome.

Fantastic location

Gorgeous ocean views from the second floor and beautiful deck overlooking ocean that is nice and shady in the late evening. The two story villa was perfect for our family. Unit was super clean and smelled great upon checking in!

Awesome Location

Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The beds were comfortable. The ac actually stayed cold during the day. Had everything we needed. The internet and tv was slow or intermittent at times during clouds or storms but we would rather take that time to ride around and see the sites. Will stay here again

Great location

Great location. Quite neighborhood. Had trouble with dishwasher but everything else worked as needed. Check in was easy. Good communications with property manager.
