Light, bright, contemporary townhouse in a prime but quiet downtown location. Spectacular views of the Columbia River with floor to ceiling windows. Fully furnished with high quality furnishings, super comfy king beds, and gourmet kitchen.

Easy 2 block walk to downtown Hood River with tons of shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and two theatres. Just a bit further to the Waterfront with swimming, kayaking, fishing and wind sports in summer, or a 30 minute drive to ski resorts in winter.

Comfortably sleeps six. Three bedrooms with three king beds, 2 1/2 baths. Garage parking, deck, small yard.

Wonderful Christmas stay

We had a great holiday stay at the urban loft. Brenda had set up a Christmas tree for us and left a welcoming gift. The place had everything we needed and more; lots of room to celebrate a Christmas dinner and it was the perfect location for our daily trips to the mountain with our kids. Everything was clean, modern and just lovely!

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a perfect stay at Brenda's downtown loft. The loft has incredible views and is clean and well appointed -- we had everything we needed. Communicating with Brenda was a breeze throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing views, place and so walkable to everywhere

The owners stocked the place with everything you need- from fresh ground coffee to lotions and potions. My wife, two daughters and myself stayed for two nights. Best beds anywhere and so quiet. Sitting on the deck in the morning with a coffee or evening glass of wine taking in the view of town and the Columbia River was spectacular. We look forward to staying again.

Great condo

This condo did the trick for our family weekend wedding in Hood River. Close to town, a walking trail and great coffee! We didn't cook, but it appeared to be very well equipped with everything one could need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!!

Hood River Condo

The location was near town and walkable to everything. The owners were responsive when we had a problem. The place is modern and bright with a great view of the river. We enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome Condo!

The perfect home base for a wedding weekend. The condo is beautifully decorated and has amazing views of the river. We were able to easily walk into downtown with access to tons of restaurants and shops. Brenda was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely home base!!!

This property suited our needs well. It was very clean and comfortable. The balcony provided a nice place to relax and look out onto the river. It was convenient to be able to walk to the main part of the town but also to have the garage which goes directly into the unit. There are so many choices of things to do and see around Hood River. The owner provided helpful information to make the say even more enjoyable.

Exceeded Expectations

This is an architecturally pleasing, well-appointed, and well-equipped condo that was very comfortable for our family of three. We enjoyed the expansive view of activities on the river and in the town, along with the beautiful vistas of the hillsides and sky. We really appreciated having a secure garage for our cars and equipment. We will stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

The place was very modern and clean. Everything was just like the photos. Very convenient location! The place had everything we needed for our bridal party including steamers and iron. I loved all of the little details and the local gifts and surprises! We had a great time. The rooms all had beautiful views of greenery or the spectacular view of columbia river gorge. So beautiful!!

All as advertised, worked well for our group, able to walk to everything downtown, nice view. Owners communicated well. Was able to park crew cab F150 and a sedan in the garage.

Anniversary Celebration!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Hood RIver. It exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the mattresses were comfortable and the condo was very clean. It was nice to have the garage for parking and the location was superb. We walked to town and the river. Brenda responded immediately when I had a question. We will be back again!

Daughters wedding

As a couple and our 2 kids and their families we travel a lot. We have never stayed at a more beautiful, well decorated and appointed and stocked Vrbo as Brenda’s. There was plenty of kitchen supplies bathroom supplies laundry supplies etc. The condo was bright airy clean. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and so many people came thru over the week. All loved it. We will be back to HR and I will be contacting Brenda to make sure the place is available. We’ll Work our trip around the availability.

Perfect!

Everything about Brenda’s condo was perfect, from the location to the comfortable beds to all the amenities provided. Brenda is a first class host, her communication was above and beyond. She voluntarily refunded our cleaning deposit due to some repairs done to in the stairwell that were slightly unfinished. She also offered us an early check in without us asking, which unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of. From the living area and deck the views of the wind and kite surfers on the river were amazing, we would definitely stay here again!

Great townhome in downtown Hood River

We rented this townhome for a long weekend with three couples sharing space. The unit was very clean and well appointed… It even had a coffee grinder for our favorite coffee beans each morning. The kitchen was very cook – friendly, and we cooked dinners and had lunches there. The grill was in top farm and a grilled coho salmon came out marvelously. Bandit was very responsive to anything that came up. We had the opportunity to rent her E bikes and take the trail to Mosier, which was one of the highlights of the trip. Would highly recommend this excursion. We walked easily to downtown and had a fine meal at Celia and had nightly ice cream at Mike’s. The breweries and restaurants at the river park were about a 10 minute walk from the townhome.

Spectacular view, excellent use of space!

A gorgeous condo/townhome with a 2 car garage!!! Three beautiful bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen with open floor plan to the living/dining space. A large 6 seat dining table and kitchen island with 4 stools. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children in our party and we had ample room to hang out together or retreat to our respective bedrooms. The space was sparkling clean with plenty of linens. Very walkable to restaurants, bars and parks. There was a lovely farmers market on Sunday just steps from the condo. There is a staircase from the front door to the first level where 2 rooms are located. The master suit with bathroom and walk in closet. Plus a second bedroom, bathroom and washer/dryer. Another set of stairs brings you to the third level with a loft/bedroom a powder room and the kitchen/dining/living rooms. (If you have a problem climbing stairs it could pose a problem.) We would stay here again in a heart beat! A very nice and comfortable home.

Hood River redux

Our group of four formed a vacation bond back in 2015 in Hood River and used this T-giving as a revisit to the place where all our fun time together began. The property lived up to its 'luxury' moniker, well appointed and very clean and tidy. Easy walks to all the best food and libations in HR. Had to reach out to our hosts a couple of times - nothing serious - and they were supremely responsive. Highly recommended.

Lovely visit with friends. Condo is beautiful!

Unfortunately, two of us are handicapped and walk with a cane. The number of stairs proved almost overwhelming. We knew the condo was on levels - just not how many steps and how steep. Other than the struggle with steps, it was fabulous!
