Dog Friendly Cottage near the Pier Village, South End, St. Simons Island!
Real Escapes Properties presents this nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short driving distance from the pier as well as the beach! This home is a single level with a great layout and open floor plan.
It has a 50" plasma flat screen television along with Wi-Fi Internet in the den. There is tile in the entry foyer, dining area, kitchen and baths. The den and master bedroom have brand new wood flooring.
Large living room, dining table for 6 surrounded by windows, breakfast bar (seating for 4) in the kitchen with a walk-in pantry and laundry room are just some of the features of this home.
The master bedroom has a king bed, nice walk in closet and en-suite with a combo tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twins. The second bathroom is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Ceiling fans are located throughout this spacious cottage. Toluca is just a quick stroll or bike ride to the beach and village.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 2 TVs located in this property. Streaming with YouTubeTV provided.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
