More spacious than expected. Huge yard that was great for our dog. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Walkable charming neighborhood and easy walk to the beach.

Property was perfect for traveling with a dog, nice backyard space. Location was good. Water temp and AC temps are different in each room. Very hard to get the correct warm water to shower. Overall good experience and location

This is our 2nd year staying in this cute bungalow. LOVE the fenced in backyard with the beautiful live oak. The home is furnished with everything you need…. the beds are comfortable, and the home is spacious. THANK YOU for allowing pets in your home! . Will most definitely return again.

Cutest house and great location!

We absolutely loved our stay! This house is so adorable and the back yard was great for my dogs! It is so close to the beach too! We loved having the grill too!

Relaxing

The bungalow had everything we needed for a great week. The fenced in back yard with the live oak was extra special!!! Our dogs loved it! Great location.. quiet & close to the beach & village.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

We’ve used Emmons before so I knew the house would be charming, and it did not disappoint. Room for everyone and so close to the beach!! Quiet neighborhood, and close to the village/pier. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Very nice and spacious condo!

The condo is very nice, clean, and spacious. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony with view to the ocean!

I'm afraid that you may have reviewed the wrong property. This is a great beach house but does not have a balcony or views of the ocean.

Beautiful beach cottage!

The cottage was wonderful! The house was beautiful and one of the cleanest pet friendly places we have stayed. The yard was great for our pets. The patio was shaded by a huge oak tee which made outside dining great. We will definitely rent the cottage again.

St Simons cute house

The house is cute, in a nice locality but the walk to the ocean takes 15 minutes. And the house Checkin and checkout process is a breeze. However the bathrooms on this house definitely needs some TLC. Overall our stay was a pleasant experience.

Cute place, comfy and convenient to everything

Great place for families with pups. Secure fenced yard. Very quiet neighborhood other than on New Year’s Eve but not much you can do about that. Very walkable to beach and village area. It’s a little thread-worn but clean and comfy.

Comfortable house; great location

Our family spent a few nights here before Christmas. It was a great little getaway - despite the cold, rainy weather. Restaurants were delicious and not crowded. Dogs loved romping on the beach. The house was cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. We would like to go back. Thanks!

Christmas at the beach

This was our second time back at the same cottage. my family and I like to get away during the holidays and the experience never disappoints. Everything that is mentioned is right on point. The beach is just a few blocks away and it's a short walk to the village.Everyone had a fantastic time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect size for four, including 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Although this is an older beach house, it was immaculately clean and all necessities were provided. It’s a short walk to the beach, and we liked the fenced in yard for our dog. Would book again if traveling with dog! The beds were comfortable too.
