The house was spacious and plenty of room for us. The kitchen was stocked and instructions were easily spelled out to make our stay enjoyable. The host was gracious and responded quickly to inquiry. Would definitely come back to stay here.

Everything was as advertised. The house was great. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The animals on the farm were friendly and fun to watch.

It’s a great house, the only issue we had was all the bedrooms were upstairs and I’m somewhat handicapped

Thank you for the 5 star review. Sorry, you did not realize that all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms were upstairs. It is clearly stated under Property Description, however, for those who can't walk the stairs, we have a queen size sofa/bed that we make downstairs in the TV room. We put a 10" air mattress and a 3" memory foam mattress on it to make it comfortable. So far everyone says it is comfortable and works out for them with the full bathroom located in the same room. When you close the French doors you have full privacy. SO, if you need that setup, please let me know, its easily done. :) Glad you enjoyed the Farmhouse, yes, its peaceful with the animals close by. :)

The house was perfect, very clean and it has everything you would need in a home! The owner was great we needed a propane tank for the grill so I messaged her and they brought it right up to the house within minutes.we will definitely be coming back! The donkeys was a bonus we loved them! We went into pigeon forge and Gatlinburg two great shopping areas and went went to the Smokey Mountain national park it was beautiful!

The listing information includes a good description of the property. Watching the donkeys each morning was fun. The property was a little more remote than we expected, and cell service was a concern even with the Internet access provided. We visited during a very hot spell, and the air upstairs was a bit challenging. Thank goodness there were several ceiling fans. Overall our stay was good, and we appreciated the items provided and good instructions regarding how to operate everything.

Checking in went very smoothly, including parking our 20 foot cargo trailer in the driveway. The home is just as beautiful and clean as the pictures. I especially loved the kitchen and the backyard views! The toppers on the beds are extremely comfortable and make for a great night sleep! We also liked the fact that there’s a restroom downstairs as well as two more upstairs. This is located on a dead end street, very quiet and little traffic. A great place to stay and check out the area.Pamela was a great host who made sure we had all the information needed to have a wonderful relaxing stay! Really appreciated the surprise birthday cupcakes and banner!

This is our second time staying here and we would stay a third, fourth, fifth, & beyond. My kids loved the donkeys (Donnie & Poncho), so much, that we had to buy my 2 year old a little stuffed animal donkey whom she affectionately named “Donkey”. I love the location of Wears Valley and there are several new restaurants & shops that have popped up since our first visit. We ate breakfast at Elvira’s Cafe. Wonderful staff and delicious food. The farmhouse is cozy with all the “things” you’ll need. My whole family had more than enough room. I personally loved the front porch and drank my morning coffee out there. I’m hoping we can come here again in the near future.

We had an amazing time we staying at the farmhouse! The donkeys are so much fun fed them carrots every day. I loved being out and away from the bustle of town but very easy to get to town. Should you want to go?

Communication was easy, prompt, and friendly. The farmhouse was immaculate! The kitchen was well equipped (and we cooked a lot). Helpful notes were everywhere to answer any questions. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. And the donkeys and horses were so much fun! We had a wonderful time and hope to return!

This property is a gem! I cannot wait to be a repeat visitor!! It’s so peaceful and close enough to all the attractions. My pets were welcomed. They even offered doggie bowls and had baby gates if you need them. Bed in the master was very comfortable. Nice layout and perfect for large groups .

We loved our stay at the farm! We had a multigenerational group of 6 aged 11-81 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated the ground floor bedrooom with bathroom attached. The sofa bed got a bit tiring after awhile but we switched to an air mattress which was great. All the other beds were super comfy. The donkeys were a huge hit and the kitchen and bathrooms came with everything we needed!

Good Morning! Thanks so much for the review. So happy you loved the farmhouse. Glad the air mattress worked out for the sofa bed. Its unbelievable they can send people to the moon, but can't make a comfortable sofa bed. LOL We had upgraded the "bed board" and sofa mattress last year, but you can only do so much that it all fits in the sofa when closed. Thanks again, I'm sure the donkey's are missing you all. :)

We had the best time staying at the Farm House. Pam's directions for everything were very clear, the house is beautiful and it had everything we needed.Definitely recommend staying here!
