Excellent! Beautiful property! Wonderful amenities.

Loved it all from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend. So much space for families, great parking, beautiful beaches.

Perfect stay!

Everything about the condo was absolutely perfect! The décor was beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could have possibly needed. Everything was very clean and the management company was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go back!

Perfect stay!

We loved everything about this condo! The location is one of the best in Wailea. Everything that you could possibly want is right at your fingertips. My husband and I will not hesitate to book again as soon as we can make our way back to Maui.

Nice penthouse u it with ocean view from deck and main living area. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Provided beach chairs and towels if you venture to beaches off property. But with Wailea beach right there and path, you don’t have to go far.

We couldn't have asked for a better location in Wailea. The Wailea Beach Villas put us just steps away from everything. It was a breeze to walk to The Shops at Wailea for shopping, or head out for a meal at the neighboring resort properties. Having immediate access to the beach and the paved Wailea Beach Walk made our mornings and evenings perfect. Yes the unit is on the 2nd floor, but it still had wonderful ocean and Molokini crater views from the kitchen/living area, so we loved enjoying the view sun up, sunset until night time. The layout of the condo itself was great for a family, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook and grill. The amenities on the property were also fantastic—we loved using the pools, the gym, the daily pool/beach towel service, and the beach setup. To top it off, if we had any questions, our hosts, Hawaii Life Vacations/Hasson Vacation Rentals, were incredibly quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee. Location of the condo was a 2 minute walk to the shops of Wailea. Loved the adult pool and how close it was to the beach. Did the outrigger one morning and the luau at the grand Wailea the last night. Our hosts Kristen and Robert were great to work with and very responsive to any questions. The staff at the Wailea Beach Villas were fantastic and very helpful. Our concierge, Scott, was excellent and helped us with our booking of the outrigger and luau. Would definitely come back here again!

We've stayed at WBV multiple times but this was our first time at this particular unit. PH206 was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our two families. A perfect break from reality

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at 206, nice resort, though the boardwalk and beach was quite busy while we were here. The condo could use some repainting around doors/trim as it’s a little grimy in those areas. The sheets are advertised as bed and bath and though we are not thread count people we can tell when they are low quality; for this level property they should be more like Macys’s or Bloomingdale’s.

Wow-wee in Maiu

Stayed five nights in this beautifully appointed home (condo unit but still...it is spacious and well-equipped). Easy walk to the beaches; nice view from lanai of the ocean - especially enjoyed watching the whales in the morning while having our coffee. The entire property is well maintained and landscaped. Several pool areas, which were relaxing and private. Would absolutely return here, should our good fortune bring us this way again! Five star service and property all the way.

Great stay

Overall we loved the unit and the location. The unit was beautiful and well stocked. Our kids appreciated the boogie boards and beach stuff left for us. The beds were a little creaky, but reasonably comfortable. The only downside for us with the property was the family pool is pretty small (our kids are 9 and 11) so they got bored of it quickly. The adult pool is gorgeous and right on the beach, but since we had our kids with us we didn’t get much chance to use it. The beach was great and a lot of fun, but the surf was pretty big so even though our kids are older we felt we needed to keep an eye on them while in the water.
