This home is very eclectic, artistic and colorful. I am a travel, booze and music fanatic. I want to provide a great space for bands, families and groups of friends to thoroughly enjoy on their journeys outside of their own homes. I will personally arrange a vinyl record wall for each group of guests. You will also receive Suzy B Blonde Ale that happens to share my name and likeness and is pretty tasty. You can enjoy your drinks and eats in my David Bowie themed kitchen. There are 2 lengthy bar tops in the kitchen/dining room area and additional seating outside so plenty of entertaining space. There is a 65” QLED TV in the living room long with the record player. There is a spa tub upstairs and a deep tub downstairs for those who enjoy soaking.

My name is Susan. I recently moved to Memphis and 2 street puppies joined me shortly after - Slic and Sly. We are happy to open our home to travelers who want to explore Memphis and enjoy a neighborhood with some special highlights most people don't know about. When I travel I enjoy meeting new people, listening to great live music, drinking great drinks and eating fabulous food while gaining some local knowledge not in the tourist books.

This property is a lovely old Memphis home built in the mid 1900s. It has a lovely backyard for bbqing and entertaining. It's quite spacious inside so you can share with others and not feel cramped. The living room has a 65" QLED Samsung TV, vinyl record wall and record player. There is a David Bowie kitchen with ample counter space and long hickory wood bar tops that opens into the dining room and the rest of the house. Four spacious bedrooms are all uniquely decorated and take on their own personality. I have some gym equipment and children's toys upstairs to accommodate guests of all ages and interests. Newly renovated bathrooms with deep tubs and a spa bath make relaxing and getting ready one in the same.

Short drive to Overton Square, Cooper Young, Beale Street (9 minutes). Slightly longer drive to Graceland and airport (15minutes).
