Beautifully landscaped yard with several amazing areas to relax: an enclosed sunroom with HVAC, large deck with furniture and grill, covered firepit area with waterfall feature, and landscaping for a perfect morning coffee. Arrive from the airport in less than 10 mins.

This house is a single family home that includes a Primary Suite downstairs with large bath, large closet and laundry.

• Over 2600 square feet of space to enjoy with a beautiful outdoor space, sunroom, deck, covered patio, fire pit, and grill.

You will rent the entire home and have access to every part of the home except the basement, the workshop outside, and a few closets for personal storage. This is a peaceful neighborhood so please be mindful *No Parties Allowed*

Home to award-winning Memphis Zoo, historic Overton Park and buzzy nightlife and entertainment districts including the Cooper-Young Historic District, Broad Avenue Arts District, Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square Entertainment District, Midtown is a collection of local restaurants, live music venues, shops for anything from records to made-in-Memphis fashion, theaters for movies, plays and musicals, and art gallery and exhibition spaces — all of which inspire some of the city's signature events and festivals.

Walking distance to Overton Park offers a large walking path, several picnic areas and playgrounds, a 9-hole golf course, the Memphis Zoo, and free concerts on occasion. Walking distance to Overton Square where you can go see Theatre show, live music at Lafayette's, a great nightlife, and many top rated dining options. Drive or get a quick Uber and be at Beale St, Graceland, Sun studios, Fedex Forum, Shelby Farms and all the Memphis attractions in mins! This location allows you to easily access all that Memphis has to offer within 10-15 mins.

Christmas in Memphis

This house was perfect for our NC family (4 adults, one child). In addition, our Memphis family (2 adults, one infant) visited every day, and there was plenty room for everyone. December weather precluded our using the outdoor area, but it could be very nice in warmer months. The five star rating is well deserved, and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great house in an excellent location!

Travelled to Memphis with my mom and sister for a conference. We wanted a house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us in a safe, walkable neighborhood and this Midtown Bungalow was perfect! The house itself was comfortable, spacious and charming. Loved the decor and ambience and tributes to Elvis and Dolly and others throughout the house! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and more than enough supply of the basics (TP, Papertowel, soap etc) for 5 days. We absolutely loved the outdoor space too -- enjoyed nightly debriefings on the patio or by the firepit. The neighborhood was safe and quiet (after driving around Memphis a bit, I would say this neighborhood is the best place to stay). The park across the street was fun to explore and the Overton Square area was a short and safe 10 minute walk with a good selection of restaurants. Downtown Memphis and most of the tourist sights were all 10-20 minutes away. If I ever come back to Memphis, I would stay here again!!

Nice house nice neighborhood

Everything was fine, one thing is that the remotes for the TV's weren't working correctly. I had to download an app to change the channels from my smart phone. Other than that is was a nice home and neighborhood.

Our experience was excellent on everything from A to Z

The property was 1st class in every category! This property is PERFECTLY LOCATED in memphis in midtown. A stay here provides easy access to Red birds baseball park, the Fed Ex arena, Bass Pro Pyramid all that downtown has to over and well as being located in the middle if all the restaurants and clubs that are in the Overton Square and Cooper/Young area! I would definitely stay in this property anytime I travel to memphis. As stated this is a 1st class property in every way.

Perfect Rental

This house is perfect for a family gathering. The neighborhood is safe and close to Memphis attractions. We were able to cook and eat together. The air conditioners worked great. Mattresses were comfortable. Host was very responsive. I highly recommend this rental!

Had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's an older house but it had a lot of personality and fun Memphis-related touches. There is a lot of space and the backyard is beautiful and relaxing. Super close easy ealking distance to Overton Park and restaraunts, butaso easy to grt fast delivery food. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible Home!

We had the most amazing staying here! The home was very large, multiple hang out spaces and an incredible backyard oasis! We walked to Overton Square every day. We were a quick 10 min drive from downtown and 5 minutes from the zoo. I highly recommend staying at this home when you visit Memphis! We will definitely stay here again!

Lots of Room

This house is in a nice neighborhood right in the middle between downtown where you can find great bbq and the Peabody ducks and the fun neighborhood areas like the Broad Avenue and Cooper-Young districts. It was perfect for us since we had plans in both directions. We had a slight problem with an unexpected alarm going off when we entered the house but the property manager was easily accessible and immediately took care of it. The house is much larger than we envisioned and would be great for a group of friends or family. It was VERY clean. Too cold for using the backyard but it is lovely looking. The only negative we can conjure up are the fact that the beds are platforms and for us 60-somethings they were a bit too hard, but after indulging enough we managed!

This was the perfect place for a family of 8–shower was amazing, layout of the bedrooms for family was excellent, and the home itself was beautiful. With a bigger group you never felt on top of each other—we had a lot of room. If the weather was nicer the backyard would of been a blast to enjoy—it was breathtaking. It was comforting know it was well represented online to what we exactly stay in. Trip we all will remember—vacation is always well remembered with a beautiful residence to stay at. Top it off—it was clean!

Holiday Gathering Spot

Charming home that was extremely comfortable for 6 adults. Wonderful kitchen and porch area as well as an awesome backyard for relaxing with multiple conversation areas. Great wifi and tv's (winter weather forced us inside quite a bit) and awesome space for puzzles, board games and reading! House is within easy walk of Overton Square shopping and dining and also within quick walk to the Overton Park (many trails and the zoo!) Quick drive to Beale Street and downtown Memphis. We enjoyed our visit tremendously and hope to be back in the future!

Great accommodations

This was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The property is better than the pictures. There were multiple spaces to hang out. Convenient, yet quiet location with places to walk, quick rides to all the attractions and many delivery options

Perfect Location!

This was the best possible location for everything we wanted to do! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to sleep comfortably and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We really enjoyed all piling up in the sunroom and watching some tv or sitting around the fire pit on cool nights. The host was very easy to get in contact with, so we never had any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Incredible

This was the most amazing place we have ever rented. The house was gorgeous. Everything has been updated. The master shower was huge and renovated with the rock floor that massages your feet. The water pressure in the shower was so nice and strong. I loved the expensive candles and fancy hand soaps. Tons of towels, all nice and fluffy. The beds were so comfortable and nice clean white bed sheets, big, soft fluffy comforter. The backyard is heaven. It is like a secret garden. The sun room was so nice and cool and peaceful. I loved all of the cute Memphis decor, loved the light fixtures and the hardwood floors. I could go on and on. This place is heaven. Oh and you can walk to Overton park and the zoo! I will stay here every time I come to Memphis to visit my family and friends.

In 2021 the facility where I was working decided to close and move operations to Mexico, my company provided me with an alternative job in Memphis. Originally my family and I planned to move to Memphis permanently, but during COVID no one was coming into the office, therefore I stayed in Florida and worked remotely. My company has agreed to allow me to work remotely but I have to travel to Memphis monthly so we decided to purchase a home in the amazing Midtown area to provide me with a place to stay while in town, and provide an amazing place for others to stay when I'm out of town.
