Standard Two Bedroom & Loft & 3 Bath Condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course and the shuttle route to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 8. Second Story unit with 2 levels. The Primary Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed. The second bedroom has 1 Queen Bed and the Loft has 1 Full Bed and 2 Twin Beds. Wifi Internet Access in the unit. There is a woood buring stove in the living room. Firewood is not provided but guests are welcome to use the wood stove. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. There is a game room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and a video game in the lobby of the Sunshine Village condos. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a Tennis Court near the swimming pool at Sunshine Village. Overall just OK

Like other reviews had mentioned… it’s basically a great option if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head at night! If you’re planning on cooking, bring your own things like the reviews said. Thankfully we had another car come in later so we took inventory and had that car bring in kitchen cookware bc what was in the unit was barely usable. Scratched up non-stick, barely any baking sheets or pans. The front right burner on the stove also doesn’t work. Upstairs in the loft, the bathroom mirror vanity is rusted. There are no blinds on the windows so you’ll be up early with sunrise. Finding the lockbox for check-in was difficult too bc there was no real directions of where it is (FYI by the main road on the opposite end of the complex). Jacuzzi wasn’t super hot, but did the job. Firewood was hidden under the snow on the balcony and we couldn’t get it lit bc it was damp/wet. Lots of space for the 7 of us though and we had a great trip!

Warm, Great Location, Easy Check In

Condo was great location and place to sleep. Bedding old and worn, but we found wool blankets. Heater works well :) Bring own pillows. Pots/pans have seen better days and limited. Coffer maker works tho! If you would like to cook full meals, recommend bring own equipment

Good location but the property needs some serious upgrades

The property is at a nice location. It’s at close proximity to the market, the Mammoth ski resort and it was clean. But the downside is the appliances are very old and does not function as expected. The kitchen exhaust has no power, the electric range is difficult to operate and the microwave is very small and aged. There is no washer dryer in unit and the common one was not accessible due to COVID. I hope you guys take this feedback positively and work on fixing these issues. Thanks!!
