Loved our stay for our 20th wedding anniversary!! Even with some rain off and on we had a wonderful time. Husband fished the river and we saw plenty of wildlife on the property. Not too far to some restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the past few years and this property might be the best stocked, most “homie” feeling property I have stayed in. 5 out of 5 stars.

Thanks, Sam! It’s stocked because we use it, too, it’s not just a rental! We love the Cabin and I’m glad you do, too. It’s pretty impossible to have a bad day at the river.

A wonderful stay right on the beautiful Muskegon River with plenty of wildlife to view … bald eagles, herons, deer, jumping trout and fishermen!

Very well represented and communicated. Clean and well inventoried kitchen and well marked and labeled extras. We'll be back! Caught, trout, bass, carp and walleye working the river. Riverside camp fire is Great! Karen was great with communications and also great dinner recommendations.

Great location for a weekend of fishing!

Location is awesome, accommodations are very comfortable, everything you need to have a relaxing break on the river. Host is super responsive.

Spring Steelhead

Great clean place to stay cannot beat the location walk out the front door and into the river caught fish right infront of the cabin. Love this place.

River Front Cabin

We had an amazing time! The trails on the property are so nice and being on the river was very fun. Perfect location to go on short drives to different locations and a great kitchen to cook dinners at night. We will be back!

Great for fishing the Muskegeon

We have stayed at this house the past 3 years for the salmon run. The fishing can be hit or miss, but the house is in a perfect location.

Girl’s weekend

This is our 3rd or 4th yr at the cabin & we absolutely love it! Read, watched fishermen & tubers, sat in the river all day. Just the best!!

So relaxing!

This is the second time we have stayed at the cabin. Had everything we needed and more. If you want to get away for some downtime, this is the place to go. Had a fun day kayaking on the Muskegon river. Took a drive to Lundington on Lake Michigan. We enjoyed our stay!

Great river property

This house was amazing to stay at. It was the perfect weekend getaway and so relaxing! The river was more than i expected!! We got to fish whenever we wanted in ankle and knee deep water. We caught brown and rainbow trout for dinner! We would 100% stay here again

Fishing Trip

Great property very nicely stocked and clean, right next to the Muskegon River. I walked out of house and into the river, caught several Steelheads.

Wonderful cottage right on the river.

Great location with steps into the river. We had good luck with fishing. The nature trail was nice for a early morning walk. Lots of deer wondering through the woods. Every evening the Blue Heron would land for his dinner. We would definitely stay again.
