The houseboat was surprisingly roomy inside! Much nicer than I was expecting, having stayed on boats before. We enjoyed our week and will definitely rent here again.

Relaxing and practical. Great views of the sunrise and sunset. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great place for mini season

friendly people at check in and great location as they have a boat ramp, trailer storage and we were able to tie up in back of our accommodations.

Great Getaway

The houseboat was wonderful and communication with the property manager was great. VRBO accurately described the property. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Fun place

Fun spot to stay for a few nights. Actually a little bit bigger inside than it looks in the pictures. Kids loved it.

Perfection. Will be back!

We enjoyed our 4 nights and were sad to leave. Wish the bar was back up and running, then there'd be no reason to leave the marina.

Houseboat Experience

Nice place to relax on vacation. Nice friendly Working Boat Marina .. A few hangers and a K-Cup coffee maker would be a plus plus.. Overall this spot is Solid!!!

Awesome Stay!

My wife and I started our honeymoon off staying in the Dolphin. It is a great place!! We loved every bit of it. The marina also has a tiki bar and food truck that has amazing food. We will definitely be back

Quick stop in the Keys

Wanted to try something different so decided to stay in the houseboat this past weekend. Was fun and different and located close to so many great restaurants and things to do in Islamorada. The Marina has a great outside bar and food truck and a nice pool. Overall a terrific weekend!

Perfect little house boat!

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in the keys then don’t hesitate to book The Dolphin. It’s clean, has all the essentials and is close to some great snorkeling, diving, kayaking, fishing and restaurants! We loved spending time on the top deck of the house boat and even had a manatee visit us one afternoon! We look forward to staying here again!

Amazing!

The houseboat was beautiful and cozy! The marina is located at a convenient area with access to amenities and hotspots. We love the convenience of bringing our boat.

Amazing views!

The houseboats are so much to stay in. Our grandchildren loved the roof top decks, and the lofts. They are extremely clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.

Memorial weekend 2022 dolphin stay

This was our first time staying on a house boat. It was very nice, we really enjoyed it. The check in was so easy and the marina associates were all very nice and helpful. The house boat was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come back.
