The property was clean, modern, and centrally located. The amenities on-site were very nice, including the lagoon, pool, golf cart, and access to the jetty. The house was big enough to accommodate a family of four comfortably, and the host was an excellent communicator.A few things I wish I had known: the stairs are extremely steep (3 stories), the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, and there were large ants in the living room. But overall, we had a great time, and this property served our purposes for a wonderful time in the Keys.Definitely worth the value.

Activities for all ages, we had the best time. Unit was awesome, we had a question about wi fi and owner responded in less than one minute!! Would rent again!

We loved this property! There was a lot to do at the townhouse but also close proximity to great beaches and activities. The house was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The host was extremely thorough and methodical. The place was extremely clean when we got there, including small details such as hotel-style folded towels and toiletries. The furnishings were all in great condition and we even took a small liberty to rearrange the living room seating which brought everyone closer together.The golf cart battery was dead, and the cart itself works well, however, don’t expect to get anywhere in a hurry in it.We used the kayak in front of the property, but needed to get a rowing oar from friends to get moving.I strongly advise that the lagoon is cleaned daily, especially during a peak period such as the 4th or July. The debris was awful and took away from the lagoon experience.I would definitely stay there again.

K's place was great! It was our family's first trip to the keys and we will definitely be back. Everything about K's place was as expected, if not better. The location within the yacht club, and on the island, was terrific. Everything was clean and roomy enough for our family. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

Super Stay!
Super nice place with access to golf cart and kayaks. Beautiful grounds and fun location. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with host was always quick and helpful! Would love to stay again in the future!

Great family vacation condo

Great location
Easy access to the Keys and amenities they offer. Family friendly location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Lovely access to the cove area and pools for swimming. Host was super responsive!
