Perfect rental for the 3 couples dropping off our kids at LMU. Nice location, spacious, and well-maintained. Would be perfect with one more bath, even a half-bath, but we had no problem making it work. Would definitely stay again.

Cute property full of vintage charm and unique details. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the character of the house. You could not get a better location for staying in Cumberland Gap. The beds were okay, though not the most comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Super convenient location, walk the whole "Gap"!! Small dog friendly, off street parking. Anthony is a great host and communicates promptly. Loved the architectural details of this historic house. "Leave the cleaning to us" was music to my ears!! LOL

The house was in an excellent location and worked perfectly for our family celebration of my daughter's graduation from veterinary college! Everyone loved it, we had plenty of room for food and celebration, although I do wish we had a full size refrigerator. If we ever need accomodations in this area, we will definitely be utilizing this house!

Cutest little house right on the Main Street in Cumberland Gap. Excellent place to stay if you are in town visiting LMU or your student at LMU. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and check in was a breeze!

We had a great stay while visiting our son at LMU. The location was literally in the middle of everything, and we had no issues whatsoever at the property. We loved the way it was set up on the inside; clearly the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the interior layout. Will book again!

Historic Home

Prominent house in historic Cumberland Gap.Family friendly and comfortable accommodations. Lots of different seating options inside and out. We would stay here again.

Great location and house

This cottage is a pretty period house, decorated nicely, with plenty of room for our group. Location was perfect for our LMU event, and Cumberland Gap is such a quaint little spot. Will stay here again!

The host was easy to reach and the house was clean. Cumberland Gap has really nice trails to walk, and lots of antique stores. Shout out to the restaurant just down the street "1919" Great food We would definetly stay again.

Great Location and Host

The location was great for walking to dining and local shops. Perfect for visiting LMU. The host was very helpful answering questions and informing us about activities close by. We even had a question about the house and he responded immediately. Great place to stay!

Great Location

Cute craftsman right in the middle of Cumberland Gap. Restaurants, shops, and trails were easily accessed on foot. It was a quick drive to White Rocks/Ewing Trailhead, as well. We had a very nice stay!
