The host was excellent. She was attentive and communicated everything ahead of time. The place was clean and comfortable. She supplied us with starting paper products and dish supplies which was so helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a spot right on the beach, this is it!!

Such a nice, convenient, location with the best views. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and every convenience was provided by the host. Can't wait for another visit!

Clean condo and constructed and furnished with items that are easily kept clean. Quiet spot on the beach away from nightlife but close enough to what you need. Enjoyed the views, quiet beach and pool. Very few people around at the end of August

Beautiful view, the balcony is screened in, so no bugs, the property was extremely clean and well maintained. The pictures and description are accurate, you’ll notice the square footage is on the smaller side and the bathrooms are small, so it’s tight if you are planning on 4 people. My husband and I each took our own bathroom, it was perfect for us We washed clothes and the laundry room was immaculate. The washers and dryers are newer and worked very well. The pool was very well maintained. The condo had a beach umbrella, beach cabana, boogie board, sand toys, a floaty and a pack in play. The beach is beautiful. We were there mid to late September and it was very quiet. We found great restaurants, went to Pinchers twice. Bonita Springs is close with a lot of restaurant choices. Publix is located directly across the street and Walmart is 6 miles away.

The condo was truly lovely and in excellent condition! We loved the couch and chairs on the balcony as they were so much more comfortable that "lawn chairs". View of the Gult was fabulous and we enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. Woud definately stay here again.

This property is an absolute gem. Impeccably clean and beautiful views of the beach. Directly across the street from Publix and 2 restaurants. Everything here is modern and up to date, lacking nothing. The attention to detail was phenomenal. So nice to have 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

The condo was not cleaned at check in had to wait till 8:30 at night before we got in and settled ourselves in. Then not even asked what can I do for you as a host how here is what I’m doing for you

Hi Brad. Yes, there cleaners showed up late and the unit was not ready when you arrived. However, it was one hour late, meaning 4:00 pm not 8:30 pm. The very first thing I did after apologizing for the inconvenience was to ask how I could make it right for you. You never replied. I’m glad that you had a great time on the beach and that aside from the delay, you had no other complaints . God bless you.

We had the best time!!! The room is beautiful and Wow what an amazing view, the condo has all the comforts of home. The pool is situated at the perfect spot when it gets to hot on the beach we would congregate at the pool which was partially shaded. Luanda was the perfect host answering any questions promptly when needed. There is also a closet that has all kinds goodies for the beach, so we truly had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were on a family reunion, our unit was hands down the most beautiful unit in the complex!!! Thank you Luanda we will be back :)

Incredible location - the views of the ocean are beautiful, and the grocery store is right across the street! The unit was clean and comfortable. The perfect beach vacation! We will be back.

Nice, quiet and relaxing! The balcony view was phenomenal! Liked the easy access to the pool and beach. Enjoyed listening to the waves & the beach from the chairs on the grass. Great access to Publix and restaurants, you never have to drive!

We found this place to be very clean and well organized. The flatware drawer is conveniently located in the larger drawers under the island which provides for more space in a very convenient idea air fryer blender, and all other necessary appliances are also available for use the Keriug coffee maker is very convenient because you can use pods as well as ground coffee. Overall, the host is extremely helpful and provided information in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was close enough to the places we liked but not too close. The condo is very beautiful with outstanding oceanfront views and so close to the stunning beach with soft white sand. The host was also very easy to work with and friendly. The pool was very nice and close as well. Can't say enough good about it!

The condo is clean and well maintained. The screened in patio area was great for looking out onto the beach. Location is on a quieter area of the beach, which was what we wanted. Publix and 2 restaurants across the street. Pool is heated and a great hang out location, including grills if needed.

It doesn't get much better than this. The Condo was beautiful. Everything was brand new and super modern. It was also immaculately clean. Right on the beach in a wonderfully manage building that is also super clean. The host was also great to communicate with. We would choose to rent this unit again and watch the sunsets over the gulf. If you are heading to FMB, I would recommend staying at Seaside 204! From the moment you open the door, you are greeted with million dollar views of the gulf! Being located in the middle of FMB, you are close to everything, and yet not overcrowded as the public beaches are. Walking the beach in the morning, to enjoying the sunsets on the lanai, you will love everything about the condo. The only minor adjustment would be to add some additional towels/body wash for renters staying multiple days. Be sure to get to Flippers by the Bay for a great meal! Relax and enjoy!

Everything was as advertised. The property and the area were wonderful. The check-in could not have been easier as there are no keys to worry about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will for sure be repeat customers. Highly recommend this property and particularly this unit !
