Place was perfect!! Condo had everything we needed for our stay and was even better than pictures shown. Location was not busy so we were able to relax with our 2 boys . Looking forward to book our next vacation there soon. Thank you

Beautiful condo very well equipped. Comfortable furniture and beds. Ideal location on the beach with fabulous views and easy access to restaurants and grocery store. Not our first stay here and hopefully not our last!

The condo is amazing. The view is beautiful! The location is great. The place is very clean, the host, Luanda is very responsive. The balcony is a great selling point. It is as promised. A great view, comfortable and great place to relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean. I highly recommend this place. They have thought of so many extras to make you feel at home.

The location was perfect and having Publix across the street was ideal. The complex is well maintained. Modern finished throughout the condo was a nice touch. We had one minor parking issue when we arrived but it was taken care of immediately.If there was only one minor thing I could say is having more beach towels and kitchen linens would be nice...but the beach equipment provided was great.Thanks for a great stay

This place is not your typical beach rental! I wish we could have stayed longer and will be back! Since I needed to work remotely, I chose this place because I knew we were going to need comfortable chairs and beds after long hours on the computer. My expectations were exceeded in every way, including fast internet, a comfortable and sparkling clean home, under-cover parking next to the elevator, and the most amazing views and sunsets! There was obviously a lot of thought put into the redesign of this place and all the extra little touches. It has really high-quality upgrades including the selection of comfortable chairs, the induction stove, the top-of-the-line fridge's great water filter inside the door and it's multi-drawer freezer. Throughout the place we discovered some cool tech upgrades such as lots of dimmable lights and the unique ceiling fans that allowed us to adjust between working and relaxing. Finally, the quick drive to MOM's Cooking (food truck for now) for the best biscuits & gravy, cinnamon rolls, sandwiches and entertaining owner made this trip perfect!

Overall, we had a wonderful time in our few days here. The property was as advertised: clean, well-stocked, beautiful beach-front location with a fantastic view, easy access, pool was wonderful on the very hot days, and more. Luanda, the owner, was very communicative and quick to respond to questions and concerns.For us, five-star means "perfect, no issues whatsoever," and that wasn't the case here. Issues were minor (dishwasher didn't work, ice maker didn't work, a few other problems), but either I fixed them or they were addressed quickly. There was nothing that negatively impacted our stay. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This unit was beautiful. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Host replied to my messages quickly. The view of the beach and gulf was nice. Would book this unit again!

Nice new Beach side Condo that really meets all your needs. The beds and pillows are Super Comfy. Convenient Publix grocery store across the street allowed us to get steaks for one of the three new outdoor grills one night. The Pool is clean and comfortable and has plenty of seating. It really is a place you want to come back to.

Everything about this condo was beautiful . Location is perfect. One of my favorite things was sitting in the Lanai in the evening and seeing the sunset. It is literally steps from beach and pool. Owner is very responsive if one has any questions or concerns. Hated to leave this little piece of paradise! Highly recommend!!

Loved the property! Great location, had pretty much everything we needed from groceries across the street, Publix, and Junkanoo restaurant in the same plaza. Beach stuff was great and sunrise and sunset were awesome!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach. The condo itself was very clean with a very nice kitchen if you plan on cooking some of your meals in. Having a Publix grocery store right across the street was excellent. There are only 2 restaurants within a comfortable walking distance from this condo, but both were good places to eat at. We loved the outdoor sitting area!! The views of the ocean was perfect. If you are looking for a quiet place right on the beach to stay, this is a great location. Just keep in mind, the beach has tons of shells so we did not walk bare foot on the beach - after the first time doing so.

View was amazing! Condo was spotless and had tons of great kitchen and beach amenities. Beds were comfy. Condo complex had a super warm saltwater pool and loungers to use. Being across the street from the Publix was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
