This quiet single family farm house built in the 1900s is located at 9189 Jonestown road Grantville, PA. 17028 which is 10 minutes from Hershey attractions. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath (50 gallon hot water heater) with a large subway kitchen. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Spacious living room with 2 couches and a large TV. Quiet separate sitting room. Outside there is a Tiki Bar, gas grill and horseshoe pits. Fenced in front yard available to enjoy. Basic cable and Wi-fi is available. Smoking outside only. No pets.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am.

Homeowner is close by if anything would be needed.

6 miles from Hersheypark, Chocolate World, and Tanger outlets. Rose gardens. Zoo America . Giant center concerts. Hershey stadium concerts.2 miles to Hollywood Casino and Penn National Race Course. Manada Golf course is 3 miles away and Memorial Lake state park. Very calm place. Host was incredibly helpful, very informative. Place was well maintained. I cannot think of a negative thing to say. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay! The house was exactly what we needed for a weekend with friends. The host was easy to communicate with, and getting to all the Hershey attractions was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for visiting Hershey! It was a nice, comfortable alternative to a hotel, and we especially loved having access to a grill. Mike was a communicative and upfront host. My only critique is that two of the bedrooms listed as having Queen beds actually had Full-sized mattresses, which were quite firm.

This house is the perfect size and location for our annual family Thanksgiving trip. Everything was exceptional from the easy check in to the simple check out to the responsiveness to questions we had - which was much appreciated. We look forward to our next stay!

This is a real nice property out in the country! There is plenty of room for your whole family with all of the amenities of home! If you are looking for a quiet getaway, I would recommend staying here!

Quiet retreat

We rented the house because my son needed surgery at Hershey hospital. It was a nice quiet place to rest and still be close to the hospital to visit.

This vacation was one of the best we’ve had thanks to our host Mike and his great house. Perfect location to Hershey Park!! The house was clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard with grill and fire pit was perfect after a long day at the park. We all agreed we would definitely go back again!!!

Family Wedding

The property worked perfectly for us while attending a family wedding. The property was exactly as described. We had plenty of room to sit together and visit. We would stay there again when in the area.

My first time

This was the first time I chose to stay at a VRBO. It was more relaxing than at a hotel. By ourselves a hotel is fine. But meeting with friends the VRBO allowed a home atmosphere and comfortable visiting that a hotel can not offer.

The property was exceptionally clean! It's an older house with a nice charm about it. The cleanliness made all the difference. The beds are a little hard but comfortable enough for a few nights. We were in town for a family birthday so we didn't spend a lot of time there but the yard was very cute. We would stay again.

Mike was very friendly and quick to respond to anything. The house was very clean and had lots of space for our familys stay! Very close to Hershey Park and Mike left directions which made getting to the park easier.

Convenient to Lacrosse tournaments

The location was ideal for travel between our daughter’s lax tourney at Nothern Lebanon H.S., visits to downtown Hershey and to Harrisburg.The property is in a very quiet and rural neighborhood. The home is a very interesting layout with an old farmhouse feel. We would rent again.

Great Host and Location!

Mike was a great host with outstanding communication throughout our stay! If looking for a larger place to stay while taking advantage of Hershey’s main attractions, this is an excellent choice. 10 mins to park with no traffic, and a nice farm house for lodging. 5 of us had plenty of space. We would stay again!

Great Stay!

My family stayed here for four nights. We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed having a full kitchen, living room and washer and dryer. We also bought some firewood and used the firepit to roast marshmallows. Lots of privacy. We would stay here again on our next visit.
