Welcome to the Hershey Music Box — a music-lover’s retreat that sleeps up to 10 guests in comfort and style. Located in downtown Hummelstown, you’re just minutes from HersheyPark, the Giant Center, concert venues, and more — and you’ll love being just a short walk from a wide variety of local restaurants, cafes, shops, and even a brewery.

This unit features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a fully equipped COFFEE BAR to keep everyone fueled up. Outside, you’ll find a grill and a bit of outdoor seating in the private backyard — perfect for a quiet moment outdoors.

We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion from Ginger Lily (100% vegan, cruelty, Paraben and Sulfate free). Toilette paper, paper towels and dish soap is also available for your convenience!

Just a HEADS-UP: the property is located close to train tracks. Trains can be heard passing by at various times, including at night. Many guests enjoy the character it adds, but for lighter sleepers, we’ve included free earplugs for extra comfort.

With musical flair, modern touches, and plenty of room to spread out, this space is a great home base for your Hershey-area adventure.

Thank you Marilynn! We like the location with the surrounding shops and restaurants too and the closeness to the attractions in the area. We wish we could provide a washing machine. However we hope that the provided laundry detergent and the laundromat down the road is a good alternative for our guests. Have a great rest of your summer!

We had a great experience here. Host checked in regularly, gave us great information about surrounding areas, told us exactly where to park and place was very clean. Everything was great about the stay!

Host, house and proximity to Hershey is great, perfect for families visiting Hersheypark or need to stay somewhere close to town. Layout of bedrooms is my only complaint if I have to share the house with different families next time. One of the bedroom with a queen bed has no separate entrance and you can only access the room from another bedroom. And the 3rd level bedroom with 4 twin beds also have to share access with the queen size bedroom. My family had a great time staying this time but won’t have much privacy if we need to invite another family to share the costs next time.

The house was so cute! Music themed throughout; more room and beds than we needed. They were comfortable too! It was clean and just so cute. The town was adorable as well. We were able to walk to multiple bars/restaurants. This is definitely the place to stay for a quick uber ride to airport/hershey/downtown etc - especially if you have a lot of people!

Perfect Place to stay for Hershey Park

Our family did a quick weekend trip to Hershey Park and stayed at Catrin’s place. We all had a blast and would definitely stay again. Catrin was very communicative and the place was clean and cozy. There was an amazing toy store and açaí bowl spot right down the street (walking stance via 30 seconds). The s’mores gift/welcome basket was super cute and a big hit with the kiddos too! Thanks again for everything.

Cute place, great for our group of 7 adults. Owner was very responsive and helpful; provided a few really nice guides. Close by to walkable local shops and restaurants in downtown Hummelstown. Appropriately stocked for our weekend stay. Very clean and I enjoyed the nice bed linen. Felt very safe in home and surrounding neighborhood. A few things to note that are in no way meant to be negative, just for awareness. The house is old, so know that the ceilings are low, the floors are uneven, lots of stairs, and there is not a bathroom on the entry level. It is a duplex-style home that shares a porch with the other half. Pay attention to the listing, you have to walk through the second room to get to third room and also to access the third floor where the twin beds and second bathroom are located. I stayed in that room and did not mind for our group of all women, but i can see how it would not work for some groups.The matresses on the twin beds are clearly meant for kids; not the greatest for adult women as they are thin and soft. The queen beds are all very comfortable memory foam.Others have mentioned the train noise, we did not find it bad at all. Parking is tight but can fit 3 cars. For sure a nice affordable stay--would book again with the right group!

Quick Weekend Stay

The house was very well stocked, cute theme, old charm, and great location. The bathrooms were a little small, but we made it work. We could only get 1 of the 3 tvs to work and when it did work, it had some buffering. Some of the outlets didn't work and it was a tight and limited parking situation. My kids really liked the mini jukebox radio and the smores kit was a special added bonus. For our short weekend where we were only at the house to sleep as we spent all our time at Hersheypark, the house worked for what we needed for the 8 of us. Communication was wonderful and quick. Thank you!

Exceptional host during transit I n

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Music Box 2. Catrin did an amazing job as our host, only finalizing the property purchase the Monday, before our Thursday arrival. She met the challenge of a malfunctioning furnace on Thursday evening promptly and with grace, arriving within 15-20 minutes of our contact with 3 space heaters to get us through the night. She also contacted a repairman and arrived with him as promised at 9 AM the next morning to restore heat and hot water.While the property was still very much in transtion, Catrin was an exceptional host with her warm hospitality, tasteful decorations and prompt attention during our stay. All communications were responded to quickly. The home was clean and comfortable.Though the yard is small, our active grandsons still enjoyed being outside. Parking at the property is limited to one car, but across the alley in front of the proprty was a municipal lot that offered free parking. We enjoyed being close to Hershey Park. Cubbie's ice cream is a "must do" for future visitors. Hummelstown is a quaint small town. We did not have time to explore it completely as our focus was a family reunion at Hershey Park and family picnic the next day at another local parI recommend Music Box 2 for family vacations and am confident that Catrin will continue to be an exceptional host. We wish Catrin all the best as she continues to add her personal touches and host this property.Thank Catrin for everything...maybe we will visit again.

Perfect location when visiting Hershey Park! The town is adorable and the property was just what we needed for two families with teenagers. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for one night for a concert in Hershey. The house was perfectly cleaned and well equipped with plenty of space for the eight of us. Very responsive and helpful host. We would stay again next time we come to town for a concert.

It was a cute property. Nice number of beds and space. It was an old house but they have updated it well. The floors are smooth, but unlevel. Low ceilings. Three floors and small, narrow, steep stairwells as you’d expect. Bedrooms and bathrooms all on upper two levels. It’s duplex so folks on the other side of the wall. None of this is bad, just describing. Close to the center square. Nice coffee shop very close by and restaurants. Well appointed. Very kind hosts.
