Zachary, Thank you for your review and for taking such great care of our log home during your bachelor party! We are thrilled to hear you found the property clean, comfortable, and convenient. We completely understand your frustration regarding the bedroom pricing, and we sincerely apologize for the unexpected surprise. Our goal is to keep costs fair: we price the base rate lower so smaller groups only pay for the master bedroom and the common spaces, rather than being forced to pay for a full 3-bedroom house they won't use. Unfortunately, booking platforms (like VRBO and Airbnb) do not offer a "pay-per-room" pricing tool. To work around this limitation, we feature this policy at the very top of our listing description and proactively message guests. However, we have found that these platforms occasionally reformat or rearrange listing descriptions without our knowledge, which can hide this crucial detail. We are actively looking into better ways to display this within the constraints of the booking platforms so it is impossible to miss during checkout and are always looking to see if the platforms update and are offering a pay per room option that we can update to.
