The location was couldn't have been better! The house was set up perfect with 5 bedrooms for our family with additional bunk beds.

Beautiful views and great water pressure!

The house is set up very well for families, beautiful views, located right on the beach betweeb Rosemarry and Seaside. Lots of bikeable restaurants and shops. Great communication and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! Great stay!

Great Spot!

Location was perfect. Beautiful views and quiet street. The home was a little older but the host did well with the updates. Very spacious with plenty of room for our party to spread out. We loved our stay.

Great stay!

I loved the tidiness of the beach. House was very comfortable! My 80 year old mom loved her entire experience.

Wonderful location - Clean and great customer service

our group of 12 adults have now enjoyed this location for 3 years in a row. Rooms are perfect for us and the location and amenities are as advertised. Very close to restaurants, shopping and especially the grocery store. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting the perfect beach vacation.

Mom’s Birthday on the Beach

We had a wonderful experience at the beach property. Being able to walk right up to the stunning beach was a highlight, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf anytime we wanted. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the comfortable interior made it feel like home. Overall, it was the perfect setting for a beach getaway.

Gorgeous!

There were a couple minor things: dishwasher didn’t work and a shower door leaked but it wasn’t bothersome enough to affect a 5 star rating! It is a fantastic place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. The house is in a great location and stretch of beach that is not crowded. House had everything we needed. We never left the house our entire stay cooking meals there every day.

Amazing Location!

We had an awesome stay at Pelican Paradise! The house comfortably fit 15 and being right on the beach was incredible! It rained quite a bit during our stay so there was some water leakage in the garage but it didn't appear to leak into the basement. The house was very well equipped with cookware and dishes so cooking at home was no issue. Would definitely recommend this home for a larger group!

A paradise amid the chaos of labor day weekend

The truth is, I do not feel like writing much, the place is in excellent condition, clean, renovated, an excellent location because we did not want to be near so many people, we were very relaxed every day, the wonderful beach, we traveled with my parents from more than 70 years and everything was perfect. In addition, the suggested rental services for chairs, kayaks, etc. very good and reliable. I can only say \"hasta la vista, baby\", we\'ll be back one day

Good time

Hello we did enjoy our stay at this unit. However when we arrived the first level smelled horrible like sewage. The cleaning crew came back but it was nothing that they could do. Then on Saturday the toilets started to back up on the first and second level. This unit has great views and is more intact than the A side.

June 2020 Stay

This house was perfect. Very nice and comfortable for our party of 8. Beach location is great, beautiful stretch and relatively not crowded. We didn’t need much, but the property management was very responsive when needed. My only minor suggestion is the house could use a better grill as it’s a little small for large parties and a couple of the burners wouldn’t stay lit and when they did would have a big flame that would char the meat. That being said, we grilled out 5 of 7 nights and it was great. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who asks. We’ll be back!

Great stay

We loved the location and the layout of the house. Guest service was quick to respond to the third floor air conditioner not coming on upon our arrival. We could not find a plunger the last day when 2nd floor bathroom clogged. Our only complaints are that the elevator did not work the entire duration of our stay and the beach chair service guy did not respond/setup. Also, some outdoor lights were not working.

House is a great size and location. Cleaning could have been a bit better. Could not find a remote and moved the sofa cushions and there was food crumbs along with remote. The grill outside needs to be replaced. There are no blankets that could be found in the house.

Rundown dirty house but great location

House left a lot to be desired. Very rundown and dirty and pool was not usable. Maintenance was in and out fixing things while we were there. Not what I would expect for paying so much. It was probably really nice at one time but nothing has been replaced or updated in a long time. Being steps from the water is the ONLY thing that made staying here worth it.

Pandemic getaway

We had a couples trip to get away from the home quarantine and had a blast. The house and the view was stunning. We never left the property. On the rainy day and hung out in the plunge pool which was perfect. We requested pool heating and they came out quickly to get it ready for us. We will be returning. Property management was very responsive. The only downfall was the cell service. There were only 1-2 spots in the entire house that we could call our kids to check on them. Thank God for Facetime(via wifi). Overall great!!

Beach lover

Great location and not too crowded beach. House was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out. The entrance was hard to find considering it was through the garage. Took us awhile our first day finding out how to get in. The AC in the master on the second floor went out on our 5th day and they sent someone out to fix it but it didn’t get fixed. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and they even brought us a hose to help wash off sand when we requested one. Very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish you could view the beach from the second floor. The dunes are high next to the noise and there are bushes that blocked the view. View from third floor was wonderful however there was no patio furniture there to sit and enjoy the view which I found odd. Great vacation.

House not clean, location on beach fantastic.

House was not clean, rug in living room nasty. Pool nasty, we could not use it. I have never been in a rental that had such poor quality cookware and kitchen items. Items were poor quality, damaged and not clean. The location on the beach (fantastic)was clearly what we paid an exorbitant amount of money for, because it clearly was not the quality of the house itself.

Good value, great location…needs a little TLC

Have stayed in this property twice this year. It’s a fantastic home. Lots of space for large groups, gulf front and not crowded on the beach. However, for both stays we experienced issues from plumbing to malfunctioning appliances. Property management can only do so much. They are responsive to service requests but at some point it comes down to the owner’s desire to maintain a home for their paying guests. Availability in July for a home of this caliber tells the story better than my review. Additionally, if you are viewing this home because it looks isolated on the beach, and that’s what you desire, it is not. There are large homes on both sides. The pictures are quite dated.

Family vacation

You can not beat the view. The house could definitely be cleaned up better and use some tlc. Especially for the amount you're charged for the cleaning fee. There was trash in the garage and all over outside the back deck area. The pool area is very unkempt, unlike shown in the pictures. There were a lot of things inside the house that didn't work, but nothing major. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed almost immediately after reporting it. Overall it was a beautiful view and as long as you're not expecting a perfectly kept beach house, it was money well spent!
