We had the best time! The house was clean and so fun! My kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub combo and the outdoor tv made it even better for evening movie and swim. Super short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed!! We will stay here again!

This house was PERFECT for our trip. We had 3 families going and each couple had their own king bed and bathroom. The kids bunk room was also perfect! The pool being fenced in was awesome being that our kids are very young (6 kids 5 and under). The best part about the house is the private walkway off the pool that goes directly to the beach (less than 2 minutes walk and you’re in the sand!!). They also had 6 beach chairs and 3-4 umbrellas which made beach trips that much more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again! We had so much fun and all LOVED the house and accommodations.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was perfect for our family and the pool/hot tub was a bonus. The proximity to the private beach and the quiet neighborhood made us glad we chose it! We will be back!

This house was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Everything worked well, no issues. Communication with the host was very responsive. We loved the private pool (with tv), and being able to walk to/from the beach. Nice beach too! You definitely want to be on the south side of 30A, in my opinion. Can be more expensive, but worth it to be able to walk to the beach. We would consider staying here again!

What an amazing trip! This is the best stocked house we have rented in 30A and we have been renting there for over 12 years. We did not have to buy any supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent and dish soap…all covered! The location was perfect. Close to everything but still only one row deep on the beach when just 1/2 mile down it was 3-4 rows deep on the beach. 5 bikes were included too…perfect home and week! Would stay here again!

We all loved our stay in this beautiful house! It was comfortable, peaceful, and everyone slept so well. The hot tub was wonderful — our evening soak under the stars was absolutely magical. Ryan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The beach house was perfect for a Merry Christmas! The host, Ryan was so responsive and kind. The heated pool made a big difference for our grands and the hot tub for the adults. I would choose this again.

Perfect location. Easy to get to beach or hopOn bikes and ride to nearby beach towns. House was perfect for our family with bonus stair gate to hold in our 14 month old granddaughter.

Fantastic place!

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The property was clean, stocked with plenty of utensils and supplies, and the layout of the property was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and the ease of access to the beach as well. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Great location and amenities

We were three couples and kids and it was a perfect spot. Only reason it isn't five stars is we had AC and wifi issues. But the owners were very responsive.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad our house worked well for your group. As Matt shared, the AC stopped working briefly but we were able to get a technician out there right away to resolve the issue. The internet outage was due to a rare utility service disruption in the area, which lasted about 18 hours. While it was outside of our control, we completely understand how inconvenient and frustrating that can be. We’re grateful for your feedback and hope to host you again in the future!

My family had a really nice stay at Ryan's place. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved the pool, hot tub and being a short walk from the private beach. It wasn't crowded at all and very easy to set up. Ryan was very communicative with me before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for a good week!

Wonderful family vacation experience

This home was the perfect place for my family's Thanksgiving. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and we had wonderful week! The very close beach access and bikes were a big plus.

Relaxing at Pelican Circle

We had all we needed and more during our stay! The open concept living/dining/kitchen was perfect for our extended family! The hot tub and bikes were an unexpected treat!! Thank you for helping our family become closer during our five day vacation!!
