Norris lakefront home with covered boat dock

Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

-Rustic fire pit
-Smart TVs - Upstairs 55" Fire TV & downstairs 43" Roku TV
-YouTube TV with 100+ channels and high definition 4K package
-Propane grill (propane provided)
-Full kitchen with all necessary cooking accessories including basket-style coffee maker
-Linens and towels provided
-Heat and air conditioning with several ceiling fans

Interaction with guests:
We're happy to help, but we will give you space to rest and relax unless needed.

Other things to note:
Parking capacity is limited to 2 vehicles. We can accommodate extra vehicles and/or boat trailer parking nearby. Please inquire through VRBO messages. Property is tucked back in a cove on a dead end road with no turnaround for a boat trailer. No parties or events allowed.

We had four people staying here and it was accommodating in size!Scenery was amazing with plenty of chairs to sit and soak it in! The kayaks were a great idea! Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious! Storage areas were abundant! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Absolutely perfect for bachelor trips and similar groups, the groom was over the moon about the property and everything included. We had an absolute blast and the host was very quick to answer questions when we did have any.

I’ve dealt with many great hosts through VEBO, but Logan tops the lists for excellence. He communicated throughout the process and gave us timely and concise information on everything we needed to know about the house, location, directions and local info. He was so friendly. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A bonus was easy lake access! Thanks Logan for hosting us.

Love love love this place! Everything is perfect and if it isn’t they will fix it right away! Seriously! I have been here several times and they have everything that you need already there. They are very attentive to any questions that you might have! Great location and very convenient! Very comfy home!

The property was very clean and matched the description perfectly. Our Ohio family (people and pet) had a great time enjoying the lake. The house had everything we needed to cook inside and outside and was a great place to just relax.There is nothing like enjoying your morning coffee either on the deck of the house or on the dock watching the fish jump or the birds looking for breakfast. Norris Lake is beautiful!Also the kayaks were a great add we weren’t expecting.

Everything was great. The house had Everything you need to get started. Boat launch and gas station/stores close by. The host was great getting back with me when I had questions.

This was fantastic. Logan and his family were great very clean and open communication throughout our stay. This was a very relaxing getaway for our family. I would highly recommend this host and location for anyone looking for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a peaceful and serene weekend on the lake. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Logan was wonderful to communicate with! Will be booking again.
