The house was absolutely amazing! It accommodated 2 families very easily with outstanding views. The outdoor space with the pool provided endless hours of entertainment. The host answered all questions and was very thorough with instructions. Thank you for a great stay!!

We can't say enough about this stay! The home is absolutely beautiful and spotless with amazing views. Our hosts were so kind and responsive. We enjoyed our family time so much that we never even wanted to venture into the nearby town. We loved hiking/running to the beach daily, bon fires, and the cleanest hot tub I have ever enjoyed. 5 star all the way!

We were in Maynardville for the funeral of our family matriarch -- this house was absolutely amazing! Everyone was in awe of the home, the decor, the view, the whole experience! Several were checking tags on sheets and blankets and bedding so they could mimic it when they got back to their own homes! Loved the stay -- it made a very sad time a much more enjoyable time spent with beloved family who came from near and far.

Our stay was lovely! The house was spotless upon arrival, and the king-sized bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking, and the coffee maker and the washer and dryer facilities were particularly convenient. The host provided excellent communication throughout the stay, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The clear instructions provided for using the amenities in the house were especially appreciated. This property is highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home, and we are hopeful to stay there again in the future!

As a family we exclusively stay at VRBO‘s and Airbnb‘s. This property was our favorite by far. The location was spectacular with incredible views. The lake itself was gorgeous clean and very warm when we went swimming. It was wonderful for kayaking. Though there is jet ski and other motor boats on the lake it never feels busy. The sunsets were spectacular and the property itself was above and beyond what I expected. From the beautiful front door to the hardwood floors, incredible lighting, comfortable furniture and beautifully decorated bathrooms. And as far as amenities go, this place has it all From how well stocked the kitchen was with wonderful appliances and excellent cookware. The pool was the perfect temperature every time we got in and the hot tub was always waiting for us at the perfect temperature as well. I’ve never slept as well on a vacation as I did on these beds and with these amazing pillows. Despite the learning curve once we get a hang of the Phillips coffee maker it was remarkable. Just has Shaun told us it would be. The decorating is impeccable. The artwork is stunning and we spent day and night on the 2nd story deck. Even the master shower has incredible views! When we struggled with transporting the kayaks down to the lake, our host reached out to their next-door neighbor who offered to haul the kayaks down for us himself if we couldn’t manage it. Talk about going above and beyond!Thank you for such a wonderful stay in your gorgeous home.

Absolute beautiful property for large group of friends /family … spectacular views , practically private beach short drive … house was super accommodating , everything u need and extremely clean. Loved that we could even have dogs with us . Host was exceptional , super responsive to all our needs while there . Highly recommend

I haven’t checked out yet, however I brought a large group of friends for an event this house.. everyone has had a comfy sleep (anll bed have been overly comfy haha) and a pleasurable experience! We got screwed on boat rental which isn’t Shaun’s fault buttttt we ended up just going to the lake entrance, it was a very nice time for a small group to enjoy on there own! We kayaked and sighted saw. The view is worth the price of admission

This house is everything it says it is. They have thought of everything from baby gates to sugar for your coffee. This is the first rental experience that had so much for their guest convenience, shampoo in the showers, extra blankets, plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even beach towels. We really enjoyed the kayaks and private lake area. They really seemed to think of everything. The only downfall is the drop at the end of the property made me scared of the dogs running out there and if I had small children it would be a huge concern. But it made for the most gorgeous view and I brought playpen fencing for the dogs so we made it work. I hope to make it back to the property for another stay one day.

We just added a fence to the backyard of the property which has safety gates to give guests the ability to limit access for their kids and pups. I planned a family vacation to celebrate my wife’s 60th year! We needed a place that could comfortably accommodate our 4 kids and their significant others, our toddler grandson, and our 2 dogs. This place was perfect for our weeklong gathering.The house is spacious, open, and clean. It was within a reasonable driving distance to state parks, marinas, a grocery store, and even a local winery!The family loved the pool (especially my 34-week pregnant daughter), the hot tub, and the view…especially the beautiful sunsets.
