Leeward Key Painting & Waterproofing Project Update (2/24/25 - 5/30/25)Attention guests: Leeward Key will continue its exterior painting and waterproofing project through May 30, 2025, focused on the backside of the property. This work is not noisy. The balcony for this unit (Leeward Key 1005) is complete and open and available for your enjoyment. However, please note there could be construction noise between 9 AM - 6 PM.

For the remainder of your stay, we recommend bringing items such as additional paper goods, laundry detergent, coffee, beach towels, and sunscreen.
