Located on the 8th floor of Leeward Key, one of the few complexes in the area offering two pools-one directly on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and another just behind the building-guests can savor gorgeous Gulf views, beachside relaxation, and plenty of amenities.

Great stay overall

The location is perfect, view is stunning, beds are comfortable, kitchen was adequate. Unit was beautifully decorated. I would recommend hooks in the entryway for beach bags, towels etc and also in the bathrooms as there was no place to hang towels after shower. Upon entering, we noticed the main bath toilet was pouring water from under the tank at every flush. I called the number for the property manager and also texted but never got an answer. We had to place a pot from the kitchen to catch the water so we could use the toilet. A few throw blankets would be nice to have as well. There was only one dishcloth for the kitchen. It would be nice to have a scrub sponge. I was grateful there was salt and pepper shakers because I forgot to bring mine. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

Beautiful views!

Stayed in the same unit as August 2023 and third time staying at Leeward Key. Nice condo everything close and Kenny D’s next door, has some of the best food!!

Fantastic!!!

We LOVE it here! We have been coming here for over 15 years and will keep coming back. Condo is great as it is in the middle of the building, very quiet, great view and very clean. The beach is fantastic and we love the pool by the beach as well. Also, we love the fact that you can walk to several places to eat and everything you need is a short drive from groceries, spirits, pharmacy, shopping, great food and atmosphere and entertainment. We will be back and especially to this unit! We LOVE it!

Leeward Key 804

Very nice room. Nicely decorated. I would stay there again, just a couple minor issues that were not even worth reporting since I was only there for 3 days. The bathroom sink backed up and I had to use a plunger on it and there was either dog or cat hair all over the couch. I just put a sheet over the couch.

Great stay with great gulf views

We had a great stay at 804 Leeward Key. Gulf views were beautiful. Pools were clean along with the property. Great location that was close to restaurants and stores/shops. Access to the beach was very close. Free beach umbrella and chairs were a great plus. Would definitely stay again.

Easy Stay

The rental and arrival process from beginning to end couldn’t have been more convenient and easy. Truly great. Love the location, easy beach access, spaciousness, affordability, etc. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but nothing huge to deter us from being happy with our rental. Thanks owners and vrbo for another great experience!

Loved the location and view!

To the owner, housekeeping needs to do a better job on the floors and clean the ceiling fans. Our feet bottoms stayed dirty. I had house shoes, but the others did not. The condo was fine. A little outdated.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Destin is such a beautiful place to visit and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect - within walking distance of two restaurants, a sidewalk for running/ biking/ walking, two pools, one of which overlooks the beach, grills, etc. Grocery stores and shopping nearby. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was precious with that beachy vibe. We loved it. Spent a lot of time on the patio with coffee and cocktails people and dolphin watching. Location is so awesome as well!
