The perfect location for your Arizona vacation. 2nd floor condo. Exactly where you want to be in Casa Grande, this 3bd 2ba condo has everything you need in a quiet condo community. Pool is heated year round. Huge flatscreen TV with HDTV in living and bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked. We provide electric patio BBQ + community BBQ. Living room has huge couch to relax on during your stay. Community has hundreds of mature palms and is very lush. No disappointments!

Hot Shower Comfortable Bed

We stayed for a couple of days primarily for a place to rest and shower. However, we encountered several issues: the front door had trouble closing properly due to misaligned deadbolt. Additionally, some furniture was broken, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. We also dealt with a rude neighbor who complained about the noise we made while trying to close the front door. On a positive note, the showers were hot and the beds were comfortable.

Good not great

Large space, well laid out. Missed in details, such as dining for four, beds for six. Also, much of the furniture is very low and tired. Half of the new curtains installed wrong side out. Good area, parking, sign in, linens, kitchen, laundry, etc. Nothing required contacting manager. Helpful in site office, good pool and grounds. Almost great

Great Condo

We arrived pretty late, it was hard to find the condo at first, but we located maps that are posted on big signs and were able to quickly find the correct condo. There were people from the property management company on-site doing some work on another unit there, they were all very nice and asking if we needed anything. We had no requests, but it was nice to know someone was there and ready to assist if we did have any issues!

Like staying with family (not a good thing)

The property complex is not the best. But you can't change that. But what you can and should change are the towels and sheets that were very poor quality and then aged and used for 25 years. The mattresses are a poor college student's futon quality meaning you won't get a good night sleep. It's clean and has some new updates to the property but those are spoiled by the dumpster quality linnens.

Good setup, difficulty locating, poor communication (no return on message or phone calls for 4 days)

Initial attempt to confirm details/amenities all fully functioning (pool, washing machine, etc), was never responded to. This is still true and our 4-day stay is already over. Multiple calls and messages on checkin day were made as we could not locate the actual unit or parking space (the spaces were not marked). These contact attempts were also not replied to for roughly 10 hours. Luckily, we did not give up the hunt and eventually located the unit, parking in the lot with fingers crossed we would not be ticketed or towed. The stay itself was fine, and no issues beyond those explained above. Thus, falls short of 5-stars.

Condo itself clean. Pool needed some cleaning but too cool to use.

Enjoyed our stay. Only 15-20 minute drive to visit family nearby. A bit too cool for trying out the pool. Did not appear to be heated only by the sun. Vary central and easy to get around and find things. Living room furniture was not as advertised, may have been in the process of changing, though. Would definitely stay here again.
