Beautiful new build, completed in May 2020!!

Two bedrooms plus loft, upper garage suite with private entry and balcony on a secluded property of 160 acres of rolling hills and gorgeous view of the majestic Chief Mountain.

Full service kitchen with fridge and pantry items: salt & pepper, spices, ketchup, mustard, and cold cereals! Keurig single serve coffee maker.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed (2)

2nd Bedroom: Built in Double bed (2), and 2nd double bed 🛌 (2)

Loft: convertible sofa futon (1-2)

Living room: convertible sofa futon (1-2)

Play pen is available upon request.

Bathroom has separate sink area from toilet and shower to accommodate several users at the same time.

Backyard activities include: walking, hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, winter sledding, and deer watching.

Located a quick 10 min drive from town of Cardston, 30 min drive (40 km) to Waterton National Park Entrance on Hwy 5 West, and 60 min drive on Hwy 5 East (85 km) to nearest city Lethbridge.

Closest international airport Calgary (YYC) is a 2 hr and 40 min drive south on Hwy 2 (253 km ).

Incredible views; an absolutely excellent, gracious and friendly host; cool range vibe; literally 30 minutes to the park; close to town for convenience. Can’t recommend enough. Double check google directions, it might be one road off. Will stay again next time we visit the area. Thanks very much C!

This place is amazing! So clean with everything you could want/need for a short or extended stay. Kitchen was very well stocked with tea, coffee, a whole spice rack and more. The property was stunning with deer roaming free, mountains in the background, and a very friendly kitty. We made use of the back porch and grill a couple times, too. About an hour north of Many Glacier and 30 minutes to Waterton Park, which is where we visited during our stay. Clayton helped us a few times with questions and was a wonderful host. Highly recommend! everything g!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Very clean and nice maintained house with fantastic views of wildlife, mountains,sunsets and sunrises. only 40 minutes away from Waterton Lakes national Park.
Our first morning there there were 40 deer in the area.

Excellent stay.

Property was exquisite. Beautifully constructed and beautifully maintained. The property owner was cordial and helpful and it was a delightful experience.

Beautiful home with amazing views!

We loved the property, it was close to everything we needed and offered beautiful scenery. My kids loved seeing the wildlife as well as the baby cows with their mamas. We would definitely stay again!

Family Get Together after the Great Divide Trail

This was a lovely setting and property. However its a ways from Waterton National Park and pets are not welcome.

Hi Theresa, I'm glad to hear that you did like the property despite the distance to Waterton Park. I know that you were disappointed about not being able to bring your dog inside, and I really appreciated you honoring our no pets policy as we have some family members with severe allergies and can't have any animals inside. I hope you were still able to enjoy your family time together :)

Amazing views every morning. Very nice place to stay.

This was a great place to stay on a working ranch. Peaceful, wildlife to watch every day. The rental space has beautiful craftmanship. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Not too far off the road. All the comforts of home.

Great place to relax

This place is on a beautiful ranch. The views of the prairie and mountains are amazing. You can watch deer grazing from the front window. The apartment is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to feel at home.

Lovely property

I loved this property and the owner was so wonderful and replied to every question and mesage i sent. We arrived to a beatifully maintained suite with beautiful custom work and a view that makes you want to stay. I highly recommend this place if you're heading to Waterton and want to stay close.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2024. The place was very nice and clean, with lots of sleeping options. The views from the property were spectacular and it was an easy drive into Waterton Lakes. It was a little tricky to find using Google maps, so be sure to contact the owner ahead of time for extra directions.

You could not ask or find for a better property to stay at if you are looking for a trip to waterton. The property is exceptional, tons of space, great views, and a perfect drive into Waterton. I could not say more great things about our time and stay. Anyone looking for a place to stay should 100% consider choosing this great property. We plan to travel lots of but we ever come back we will definitely come back to this property. Owner is an exceptional person aswell

We like to do lots of our own cooking, so the spacious and well-equipped kitchen was terrific. There was lots of room for our family of four and the air conditioning made our stay extra comfortable. Although the house is not right in Cardston, the scenic and quiet country surroundings were a peaceful touch and the deer kept us entertained. The accommodations are tastefully decorated and the space was very clean.

A Peaceful and Quiet Setting

This condo was everything we expected and more. It is located on a farm, so you are away from all the noise and traffic. The views from the property are amazing. It was clean and well kept. Mr Clayton was a great host, who was very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoy this beautiful rustic inspired second floor apartment, complete with douglas fir walls, railings and beams. The 2 bedrooms have natural wood walls that feel like you are in a cabin, while the living room and kitchen feature beautifully unique stained burnt wood (shou sugi ban) walls.
The loft above the bedrooms has futons that can be used for lounging or sleeping and has a view of the mountains.
We look forward to meeting travelers from all over the world who want to enjoy the serenity of mountain views, sunsets and resident wildlife of this gorgeous!
