This condo is equipped with one wall-mount air conditioning unit in the upstairs open loft, helping to create a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. Fans are also available if you need more air circulation on the main level.

Additionally, as much as we adore pets, renters are not permitted to bring them to Mountain Harbor properties. However, please be aware that the owner of this home has a dog, so it may not be suitable for individuals with severe pet allergies.
*The HOA does not permit parking Motorhomes, RVs, Sprinter Vans, Trailers, Boats, Snowmobiles Etc...in the Resort.
