This 2 bedroom plus loft condo has been remodeled in the past few years and has many upgrades including upgraded floor, cabinets and appliances. The condo itself sleeps 6 comfortably and is perfect for your Whitefish vacation. Main level is the living room, small dining table, kitchen and shared porch. Queen bed in loft. Twin bunks and queen bedrooms in lower level with full bath (stall shower). The condo is located in ptarmigan village community that is perfectly located right between downtown Whitefish and the Whitefish Mountain Resort ski area. There is a small, shared deck to use as well. Ptarmigan amenities include: indoor/outdoor pools and an outdoor hot tub, whitefish lake beach access (5 miles away) , tennis courts, fishing pond and hiking trails. Mr. Coffee style coffee maker.

Ptarmigan Village is only 30 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 10 minutes from the Amtrak Station and downtown Whitefish, 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort and less than an hour from the west entrance to Glacier National Park.

Whitefish, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, art galleries, gourmet dining, & live theater …the activities are endless. Downtown Whitefish is a quaint town with great restaurants, boutique shops, spas, nightlife, and farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime.

I loved the location of the property, it was close to town but still felt like we were out in the woods. There were excellent amenities, and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend it and hope to visit again!

My cousins and I loved staying here and especially enjoyed the hottub and secluded feel yet only a few minutes to whitefish. Communication was great with the host!

Our stay in August at Ptarmigan Village was beyond exceptional. We did not envision coming into a place filled with so many trees, wildlife and beauty. The moment we walked into the condo we were even more impressed... it was perfect and bigger than expected. Our family enjoyed peaceful mornings in the hut tub and evening swimming in the indoor pool. The kind customer service was also top notch. Thank you to the hosts for taking so much pride and dedication into your clients, it means a lot.

The property definitely has character. I did not realize multiple steps required for all bedrooms. Two disabled cousins managed them like troopers. Each bedroom and living areas were comfortable. The porch is really not a functional porch but there’s a nice view and fresh air. The kitchen is very well equipped. I was bummed that the sauna was not working. Access to laundry, hot tub and pool was fabulous. I did not read the fine print that noted a 1k deposit on arrival day. Handled it well. Great communication with Stumptown Rentals.

Small balcony needs a privacy partition. The way it is angled, we can directly see the neighbors sitting on their couch. We didn't want to make them uncomfortable, so we were not able to use the balcony.

The property was clean and easy check in experience. It was much smaller than expected and VERY close to neighbors. On the tiny deck you look right in on one another. The downstairs bathroom shower is very small and mirror too low, making it difficult to wash & get ready in. The water heater is in the bunk room closet and therefore you hear loud, running water when it fills.

Whitefish getaway

We loved our stay here! Perfect location to enjoy Montana mountains and the amenities at Ptarmigan Village are great. This house was great for us and our four kids.

Quick family trip to visit Glacier National Park

Great for family bonding. We were able to enjoy our time together and cherish lifetime moments hiking and sharing meals after an arduous day communing with nature. The place is a sanctuary as we share laughters, reminiscing great memories and building new ones. We highly recommend the place for family trips.

More bang for your buck.

Much better value than a regular hotel. Our balcony was small and shared, which didn’t lend to relaxing there. Otherwise, it was great and I would stay there again.

Wonderful Location, great value!

We loved the condo and it was well stocked, clean and cozy. The place was perfect except a little dark. No sunshine in any of the windows or on the deck. We definitely would come back!

Great Family Getaway on the Mountain

The property was as described. Our family of 6 fit fine. A little cramped at dinner time but otherwise it was great. Great location right next on the mountain and a short drive to the ski hill. My only suggestion was to put up more hooks in the property. With wet snow clothes we could find enough places to hang out stuff to dry over night.

Sweet spot

Everything was great. The check in seamless, Sarah was able to get us an early check in. Thank you! Sauna, pool, beach, all great. Nice community and location. We had to get used to driving to glacier but always wanting to go out to eat every night at a nice restaurant in town meant one thing, “Whitefish” was the location the only location. Great restaurants. The only downside is we would have liked a bigger non-shared balcony

Whitefish Condo

The place was fine, we really only slept there as our focus was being in the Glacier National Park. My only suggestion would be to invest in new mattress for the bottom bunk and the bed in the loft. They are pretty bad mattresses.
