Beautiful townhouse, very clean, end unit, no one above or below you, quiet area, 2 free spots to park for you directly in front of townhouse. Golf & bike rental nearby, 2 outside areas, one screened in, 2 large master suites, with King beds. Great for couples retreat. Wood look porcelain floors, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Granite countertops, kitchen and baths. Very roomy living area. Excellent location, near San Destin, shopping, and Destin Harbor. Queen sleeper Murphy bed downstairs with half bath. WIFI is provided. Washer and dryer...close to the the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world. Have to see to appreciate. Just 5 minute walk to beach, or pool out the back door. You can enjoy many air dining experiences which include live music and amazing sunsets!! Many Extras!

Very good experience. Nice quiet community and near the beach. Home is very peaceful and close to many eateries, the town center, gas stations, and convenient stores. Will definitely reside on this property again.

This home was perfect for my family beach vacation. Short walk to beach. Amenities were awesome and came in handy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Home was cozy and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was also nice! Close to restaurants and grocery store.

Great place, exactly as described. The beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and wagon were so convenient and made it so we didnt have to pack so much. All the extras throughout the house were a great addition as well. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Destin! The condo truly had everything we needed to feel right at home—it was thoughtfully stocked and comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived.The location couldn’t have been better. Being just a short 5-minute walk to the beach made daily trips to the water effortless, and having the pool only steps away was a huge bonus, especially for our family.We made so many great memories during our stay and genuinely felt like this was our home away from home. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Destin!

This home is exactly what we wanted for our trip. From being extremely clean and comfortable to all the little extras like beach towels and chairs were thought of. We had close proximity to the beach for an easy walk. We loved our stay!

Wonderful stay

Place was great. Clean and cozy. We even had some small issues but the owner was quick to resolve every issue that we had. Would stay again!

Spring break

We really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, short distance to the beach, nice community pool. Amelia was easy to work with & quick to respond. Definitely would stay again.

Great rental and good area to be in. Quick 5 minute walk to Pompano Joes and the beach. Unit slept 6 comfortably and we had a great 6 night stay!

Propane grill for dad, all beach accessories for the kiddies. We had A fabulous time, would stay again easily!

Beautiful place!

This was my second time staying in this house Very clean up to date everything worked Amelia was very nice answered all my questions checked up on me I will definitely stay here a third time and all the other time we visit.

Miramar vacation

Weather wasn’t great but had a great stay. Found plenty to do in the area. The kitchen was well furnished. Amelia responded quickly to answer questions.

This was a great vacation rental. We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The living space is very comfortable with open concept connection to the fully stocked kitchen. Bed/Bathrooms were clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located for visiting all of Destin and 30A. Pensacola Beach and PCB are both under an hour drive for day visits as well. Amelia was a great host...kind and very attentive to all our questions/needs. Over the past 20 years, we've stayed in many properties in the Destin area and this was by far one of the best in this price range!!

Much needed getaway!

Our host was amazing and answered any and every question/concern we had!!We were looking for a place for our family to stay after the passing of my mom and this place was amazing to enjoy a little family weekend getaway!We didn’t have to pack anything for the beach it was all included from the wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, and even footballs which were a big hit with my teenage son!!I will definitely be booking here again!!

I’m orinally from Atlanta Georgia, and visited here frequently when I was raising my 4 children. I always wanted a place here, as the atmosphere was so invigorating, peaceful, and relaxing. The Beaches are absolutely beautiful. Sunsets are breathtaking. I wanted to share what I loved with others.

I love this place, and location. It’s between DESTIN and San DESTIN, convenient to EVERYTHING! Shopping, grocery’s, golf, night life, restaurants, you name it, AND especially walking distance to Beach!!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I love you can drive right up to my front door, no elevators, or parking decks. My place is an end unit, and nobody above or below you. I love to just walk 5 minutes to the beach, or a restaurant/bar. I can ride my bike to places without getting in the car. My place is cozy, comfortable, with everything needed for a great time. Love sitting on screened in porch, and extended pavers, with lots of seating, sipping on coffee in the mornings, or a cocktail in the evenings.
