This clean and spacious home offers 3 bedrooms with queen beds, dressers, closets with hangers, alarm clocks and smart tv's with cable. All new appliances in the kitchen with water/ice maker, convection range, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom has been completely remodeled and a soaking tub installed. The living room has 2 sofas, recliner, and a 55" smart tv with cable. The front porch has a nice seating arrangement and is climate controlled. We offer an office area with a desk and chair. There is a deck at the rear of the home with table, chairs, umbrella and propane grill (propane provided). A large yard with an extra vacant lot adjoining offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and there is a fire ring with firewood onsite. Off street parking in front and rear of the home for your convenience. Everything you need to prepare and serve meals, towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels and bed linens are included. You are within a mile of Kroger, Walmart, Remple's Grove, Canoe Liveries, Weaver's Deli, Pharmacies, numerous dining facilities, Hocking Valley Community Hospital and so much more! The Hocking River is just steps away. Lake Logan, Wayne National Forest and The Hocking Hills State Park are a short drive. We have parking space for your boat or toy trailer!! Devaney Place is not inside of the city of Logan but we are close. You must be 25 years old to book. This is a smoke/pet free vacation rental and this is strictly enforced.
