2 person mountain studio condo with 1 bath with year-round views of Mt. Leconte and surrounding mountains. Minutes from downtown Gatlinburg (4 miles) and from the National Park (3.5 miles). 1.5 miles from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Condo includes a balcony with rocking chairs to enjoy the phenomenal view, queen memory foam mattress, stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher), sofa, recliner, 4G smart flat screen tv, Blu-ray player, cable, WiFi, a selection of movies, books, and games. Keurig, hair dryer, granite counter-top, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Indoor & outdoor pool with two hot tubs, washer/dryers, conference area, & vending machine available in main building. Plentiful, free parking. Condo located on first floor. Non-smoking unit. No pets. Firewood available for purchase in office. Mountain condo on Ski View Road.
The resort does NOT allow animals/pets and fines for any animal/pet on the premises, so this is a NO PETS/ANIMALS allowed property. You will be asked to leave without refund if you bring an animal/pet.

Amazing place to stay. Gorgeous views, very easy travel to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors being a bit loud. Sound travels very easily in the building. But other than that, I would 100% stay here again :)

We stayed here for a weekend trip to the smokies. This place has spectacular views of the mountains, very clean, and a great place to explore the smokies/Gatlinburg from. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Beautiful view. Great for two people. Host stayed in contact if we needed anything. Had great indoor and outdoor pools and 2 hot tubs. Must be mindful of bears.

Beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Is like being in an apartment so your neighbors can hear you and you can hear them. Beautiful drive up into the mountains.

I had questions and Janice communicated quickly and answered all of my questions. Everything was very nice and was perfect for the 2 of us. And breathtaking view is an understatement, it's at the TOP! Highly recommend!!

The place is small, but was clean & lovely, bed comfortable and kitchen well supplied for cooking meals. Plan ahead and bring groceries with you, as it's a LONG trip down the mountain. We enjoyed the stay and were glad to be in a peaceful location, as Gatlinburg was crazy with tourists and traffic. Loved the hikes and waterfalls, but being from the prairie, I found the steep, winding mountain roads a bit too scary for my comfort.

We have dreamed of a mountain happy place and this condo is the culmination of that dream. The unit had not been on a rental program and needed a lot of updates when we bought it summer of 2018. We spent a lot of weekends there, along with a contractor working during the week, to make it into a place we were proud of. We started renting in 2019 and look forward to welcoming our guests in this special place where we hope they'll want to come back to visit time and again.

The view is breathtaking. You can see the tram and the ski slopes from the balcony. There are movies, books, and lots of little extras to make your visit a good one.
