Downtown, nice furnishings, clean and cozy w/ fireplace, indoor & outdoor pools.

Our No Smoking & No Pets unit has been remodeled 4/20 and has one large bedroom for 2 adults, with a comfortable KING size bed and flat screen Satellite TV. New queen size sleeper sofa with premium 6 " mattress for up to 2 kids and comfortable rocker installed in den 6/20/19.
Condo is designed for two adults, but has a queen sleeper sofa that kids could use.
It has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the outside pool.
The fully equipped kitchen has ample new natural Hickory cabinets, granite counter tops, ceramic back splash, four burner electric stove w/ oven, toaster oven, new large microwave, new full size refrigerator / freezer, coffeemaker and plenty of stainless steel cooking utensils.
The living/dining room has a Queen size sleeper sofa and comfortable rocker recliner for relaxing and watching the 2nd flat screen Cable TV, has a rock floor to ceiling fireplace and electric logs that can be used for "atmosphere" and/or heating.
Oak Square has an outdoor pool and large indoor HEATED pool with kiddie pool.
The indoor pools are open year around.
There are two conveniently located elevators and covered parking for personal vehicles, also additional paved parking for boats or trailers.
No hassle check in/out KEYLESS ENTRY.
The downtown location puts you in the middle of many shops, great restaurants, a wide paved walk beside the beautiful Downtown River, walking distance to the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not and numerous National Forest trails. If you do not care to walk, the popular Gatlinburg Trolley stops on River Road near our entrance and will take you to countless places in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Mountain cabin in the city! Growing up in TN, I’ve visited Gatlinburg nearly every year of my life. Trust me when I say that this place is fantastic! It’s tucked right behind the Ober Tram and is just a side street away from the main strip. It’s also very close to Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, one of the best places to eat breakfast in Gatlinburg. I chose this place because it’s in a fantastic walkable location and it has the Gatlinburg cabin decor that I adore. Not to mention, you’ll save so much money on parking by staying here if you like to visit the strip. It was cozy and totally clean! The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. I will mention that the outside of the building complex does look a bit dated (which doesn’t surprise me when I’m in Gatlinburg). However, the condo itself is in perfect condition. We stayed here over the weekend and we’d love to be back. The host is friendly and responds quickly to messages. I highly recommend booking here!

Although the pool looked inviting the weather was too chilly to use. The room, condo was outstanding! We loved everything about it, from its cleanliness to its coziness! We will stay again. Thank you for everything.

You couldn't ask for a better host. He was quick to answer any questions and willing to help. The condo was great. The condo made you feel at home and was very comfortable and clean. You can't beat the location. Close and convenient to the strip.

The condo was in a great location and close to everything in walking distance. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but when were tired from a full day of adventure and shopping it was very relaxing with a very comfortable bed to rest our old bones and muscles. We are already planning our next trip.

Great Location. Condo is decorated/updated nicely. Very clean. King Size bed is very comfortable. Nice Kitchen and supplies. The only downside, the springs in the living room furniture seem to be broken down and tv buffers some. A rocker chair with a footrest or an ottoman would be nice. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay…..this is our 9th year here staying within Sam’s units and Sam is easy to get in touch with (if needed). Close to everything in town and very close to the entrance of the National Park.We will be back next year!

Elaine and I grew up in the Northwest corner of South Carolina and have lived and worked within a 20 mile radius of where we were born. I am retired after working 47 years in the same place and Elaine retired in Feb 2018. Our parents sometimes vacationed in Gatlinburg so when we met we realized we both loved Gatlinburg and the mountains so it was just natural that after we married, we continued to visit here.
This area has always been very special to us and now we actually fill like we are "going home" when we start on a trip to Gatlinburg.

Elaine and I have been vacationing to Gatlinburg for almost 50 years. We started short getaways here right after we were married and have raised two sons that dearly loved to come up to have fun in the pools, creeks and walking to the many water falls.
God has blessed us with two grandchildren that are always wanting to go up to Gatlinburg for all the same reasons that our boys did plus now there are many other shows, rides and more new adventures each year.
After much prayerful consideration, we decided to purchase property in downtown Gatlinburg so we would have the safety, convenience and accommodations we wanted
in our retirement.
