This is a non-smoking condo. Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are allowed but must park in the dirt parking lot across the street. Families only. No student groups.

There is one departure clean fee and one linen fee for the entire reservation that varies according to the number of beds the rental has and the location of the rental.
