Our beautiful home (SLEEPS 6) and is located at WATER POINT 1, it is a 3 Bed rm with 2 full baths. The large 16' balcony has a direct ocean front view. Our home has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances. It includes full size washer & dryer and brand new hickory cabinets with new counter tops, also a wine and bar area, fire place, flat screen TVS,
1. The master bedroom has a King size bed, with balcony to the beach, flat screen TV and privet bath.
2. Queen size bed is the 2nd guest room with a Flat screen TV.
3. twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Flat screen TV.
The condo sleeps 6 comfortably, it is tastefully decorated with all brand new furniture. Amenities include free high speed internet, free parking, indoor pool, outdoor pool and a hot tub. This unit is located one block from Barefoot Landing, Alabama Playhouse, House of Blues, and multiple restaurants.
* The condo association does not allow motorcycles , trailers, pets or (TENTS) on the beach sorry for any inconvenience.

This was a great condo on the beach. The host was great and gave very detailed instructions through email. We enjoyed our vacation and Wayne was great host.

Would definitely stay again. The condo was clean and comfortable. The views and beach access were wonderful. With cooler weather we also loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Host answered questions very quickly.

Family Vacation

Great views and location. The condo is nice and cozy especially for a family vacation. The beach isn’t overly crowded and the pools give nice alternatives for all ages. We will definitely be coming back again next year!

A Great Spot to Get Away

Really enjoyed our stay! The condo is as pictured and described, the beach is clean and quiet. Nice to be away from the craziness when you want to be! Wayne was great to deal with, checked in us throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Wayne!!

We enjoyed our stay.

You probably can't find better for your buck for the space you get at Waynes place. Love the lights in the fireplace it was a nice touch. I would stay here again its in a nice location and the walls aren't thin. Peaceful way to beach.

Fantastic Condo!

The condo was beautiful and looked just like the listing! It felt like home and was decorated beautifully! The building and condo were very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was terrific as well!

Great location and a great condo

Nice clean condo with the perfect location right on the beach. Everything you need is equipped with this stay. We had an issue when we arrived but Wayne cleared it up immediately and to our satisfaction.

Fantastic

Haven't been able to take a vacation in so long and I must say, we picked a great location. This place is in the perfect spot.Nothing like waking up to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee listening to the waves. Great vacation and went by too fast.

Several pools to choose from, the out side pool , heated inside pool, Hot tub and a 1 ft kids play pool. 2 nice barbeque areas, with pick nick tables and corn hole. Shopping, dinning and shows with in walking distance, Barefoot landing only 2 blocks away.
