Great location, apartment with a lovely courtyard, a very comfortable stay. The host provides a very detailed booklet of how all appliances etc work in the apartment together with general info of the area, making settling in easy.

We chose this flat based on its location relative to where our travel companions were staying. The flat had everything we needed. It was compact and neat and tidy and well organized. I would definitely stay again. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond. The manual about the flat covered any questions you could think of. My only complaint, if I had to find one, was that the people above are fairly heavy footed so I could hear them quite a bit. Having said that, noise outside the building and inside the building usually stopped at a very decent time. We are early to bed and early risers! I would definitely rent this flat again if I were returning to London. Thanks Andrew!

Andrew is a kind and communicative host. He has a helpful guide, a big TV, comfy bed, and a nice shower. We had trouble drying our clothes with the washer/dryer combi so used the clothes line out back to hang dry instead. We believe we encountered fleas in the backyard but Andrew is aware and has contacted pest control.Traveler tips: As you plan your days, the tube stop is about a 10-12 min walk but there are buses to help. This is a suburb of London and a quieter area. You will have easy access to the District line.

I appreciate you mentioning the washer/dryer combo. It’s a condenser dryer, which works best when smaller volumes are placed in the drum, so thank you for highlighting this. We enjoyed the patio and the grill that was provided. There was a nice grocery store near by where we were able to get what we needed. There were freezer packs provided that allowed us to pack a lunch and enjoy it in one of London’s parks where we could enjoy the shade. We had record breaking temperatures during our stay so Andrew’s willingness to reimburse us for fans was gracious. We used the tube to get around and found stations within walking distance. Andrew provided a detailed description of how to get in and use the various appliances. Walter was also a great help.

This was a very comfortable place with everything one might need. The area is vibrant but family friendly and quiet at night. The back garden was a bonus. There was plenty of room to relax. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit close to the centre of London.

I cannot tell you how lovely it was to stay at Andrews flat! He is a wonderful host who has details provided for everything during your stay. He is very quick to respond and just the nicest host. We loved every minute of our stay in this cozy, beautiful flat! It had everything we could have asked for and so nice to come home to after a busy day. We can’t wait to return!! Highly recommend!!

London visit

We had a great stay at Andrew’s property. It was well appointed and perfectly located with good shops on North End Road. Three tube stations within walking distance. Will definitely stay again next time we are in London.

Good stay

Liked the neighbourhood; not too bad of a walk to tube station; luckily the weather was very good so spent time in back yard and enjoyed

host was very welcoming. Apartment was clean and tidy. Bedroom did face a very noisy street so I had to use the couch bed which was not very comfortable.

Pleasant & Convenient

A clean, quiet, warm, comfortable apartment. Good food shopping nearby. Andrew is very attentive and responsive. Very good bus + metro connections to all of London.

Andrew was very thoughtful and easy to reach. The flat is great and well equiped. We stayed three nights and were 4 adults and 2 kids. Underground stations within walking distance. I would definitely recommend the place.

Just got back from a 9 day stay at Andrew’s garden apartment. The home was cleaner than clean. It lacked for nothing. My sister and I are 80 and 79. We felt totally safe on the streets day or night. The tube was on strike which ment only bus rides. While waiting at the bus stops we meet many of the people in the neighborhood.people were friendly and fun. I would also recommend the apartment to guests with young children because the private garden is ]very safe to play in.if I ever return Andrew will be the first person I call.
